I went with another adult and my 6 yr old. When we finally got seated they gave us all regular menus. I didnt know that they had a kids menu until I seen another table with kids cups. They brought my daughters drink in a regular glass and i had to ask if they had a kids menu and if i could get a kids cup. I ordered the charcoal lemonade and when he brought the drinks he brought the wrong one. It took about 20 min before i finally got a drink. Then he came back to get our order but never brought the kids meal! Finally we get to order and they brought out my daughters food pretty quickly and we asked for a side of sauce for the truffle fries and he didnt bring it. Had to ask twice. No one ever gave us silverware or napkins we had to eventually take them from another table. My daughter was done with her food before we even got ours. The server tried to make it better by giving us a free sundae. A friend seen I went there and she had the same experience almost to a T.

Yesterday was my first time and my last time going to this place I had a horrible experience. I order a burger and when I was in my second bite of my burger I open it to put ketchup and notice something strange inside. Little that I knw it was a piece of plastic so I call my waiter so he could acknowledged what was inside my burger so right away he brings manager and all I get is this from manager "Plastic" are u sure?he didnt believe wat I told him. So he literally grab it with his own hands and all he said. Oh Im sorry! So to top it off they still charge me for something that I didnt even get to enjoy and it was dangerous for my health. Definitely dont recommend this place very unprofessional. Oh and one more thing the waiter actually fallow me to the parking lot e he said here ur tip back thank u .(very rude attitude)I guess he wasnt happy with his tip but was I happy with the service I receive from them No very poor ..

I came here for my birthday with a party of 11. My reservation was for 7:30pm. This reservation was not kept which meant we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. This left a bitter taste in our mouths from the get go but we decided to stay anyway. Their beer selection is good, a lot of micro brews for the drinkers who know their stuff. The reason we came is for their widely popular burgers. As a huge burger person, I will say this is about the 3rd best burger I have had in Southern California. It was great. The sides were also good but not amazing. This place has typical gastropub pricing with burgers in the $13-$17 range. The restaurant itself is very clean and modern/hip. Everything has a shiny wooden look to it. I probably wont come back unless its a much smaller party and our reservation is guaranteed. The bad service out-weighs their delicious food.

Great place for burgers and beer. They have a great selection of beers on tap and in bottles. Mostly micro-brews or small production brewery beers. They also promote new beers all of the time and their selection of beers on tap are in constant rotation with new beers. The food is good, not great. The menu items sound great but sometimes fall short in execution. In other words, they dont always taste as good as they sound on the menu. The atmosphere is lively and good. The decor is great and it is really a nice looking restaurant. The service people and wait staff are friendly and usually on top of things, even when it is really busy. Overall, this is a great place to eat with and/or meet with friends and hang out. Good food and great beer selection.

This place used to be my weekly dinner spot. Recently Ive gotten too busy to have a weekly dinner spot but when I want to go out in Claremont, I go here. The staff is amazing and every time I go I ask for Taylor to be my waiter. He is always so patient and kind and knowledgeable. I never have a problem with anything I order when he is my waiter. He goes above and beyond. My favourite dish is the Original Eureka burger with sweet honey cinnamon potato fries. I usually either drink a Tricerahops (Double IPA) or an old fashioned. Great place to eat with friends. It gets pretty busy though on weekends so plan ahead.

This place used to be a family favorite. Great burgers, atmosphere, and overall an enjoyable experience. So why the bad review? I said this "used" to be great. So what changed you might ask? Greed must have gotten to the owners head. The burgers taste completely different. They went from gourmet to garbage. I doubt they are even hand ground anymore. They taste like Ronald McDonald got a hold of them. If you havent been in a while and are looking to go back, dont!! Your money will be better spent at Burger King.

Use to love this place. My husband and I would come here twice a month but have moved to alaska. Came back for a visit with family and decided we needed to make this place a stop before we left. Turns out in the year weve been gone service quality shot way down to the point we felt lucky to even get served. Food orders were not done right and the order wasnt complicated. It was not even a rush hour. Food quality is not the same either. All in all we will probably not be going back.

Eureka! knows whats up. The place is always crowded, even on a random Tuesday during lunch. If you have a bigger group, go early and put your name down as they do not take reservations. They have a wide selection of draft beers to choose from and the rustic, wooden atmosphere makes it very fun for watching sports games too. I highly recommend their Watermelon Salad, their Honey Glazed Sweet Potato Fries and their Fish Tacos. You really cant go wrong.

Why is a burger joint so popular? Is it because so much of Claremont consists of overpriced food? Is it because the servers are usually attentive and the atmosphere is fun? Maybe that is it. Overall the food is pretty tasty, but consider the menu is basically a scaled up fancy burgers at $13 a pop. The beer is overpriced, too. Unfortunately, the other choices in the "Village" are lacking. Visit for the experience but try Nunos if you are foodie.

There is almost always a wait on the weekends so take care to call ahead just in case. Eureka! has a great selection of beers and their Fresno Fig Burger is ridiculous (in a good way). The menu is just big enough to give you some decent options no matter what you are in the mood for. The Veggie Beet burger, Pan Seared Salmon, Cobb Salad, everything Ive had here has been good. Great stuff.

Was told wait would be 15 -20 but waited 40 minutes when they showed my part of 2 to a space with a wall on one side and a person basically sitting on my lap on the other side. I told them this wasnt working and they told me I would have to wait longer if I had a problem. It was ridiculous & heard many people complaining that they were waiting 30 minutes over their expected wait times.
