Great burgers and variety in choices. Our server was very friendly and nice. Gave us recommendations and came back to check on us frequently. I hadnt been to islands in so long and I wasnt sure if it would still be good, but it definitely was a good choice to come. When we arrived the service was a little slow to be seated but I think there might have been a misunderstanding. Overall the food was good, I got the classic big wave burger and my friend got the new Sriracha burger. Which Im told was a little Spicer than he had intended.

Great service, nom but (sadly) forgettable food, mediocre wine selection. Were I more objective I could say that they shouldnt be penalized a star for having bad wine. Theyre no wine bar; the menu selections are an obligation, like kiddie menu mac. I was uncomfortable that they didnt open the bottle in front of me. Multiple children were racing around the restaurant when it was crowded, 7 PM. A casual dining experience? Yes. A relaxing, chill experience? Meh.

Im so torn by this place. Frankly, its only redeeming quality is the bartender named Vera. The others are okay, but she is exceptional. As far as service goes, the servers are good. The food is marginal, but if youre only looking for a football game, it is sufficient. They could do so much better if they marketed themselves as a late night destination and actually utilized thie bartenders.Thier lack of effective management is frankling baffling.

I visited here with my wife for our anniversary while staying in Irvine for business. The service was attentive, but I wouldnt say the steak was great. My appetiser tasted a little strange (lump crab), but not sure if it was just me....I did suffer the next day though! If you want good food, Id look elsewhere, but I cannot fault the service.

Many Islands provide good food, but the service here sets it apart. They are very eager to please, and please they do with mouth-watering burgers and fries. They have expanded their menu and added a Turkey burger seasoned with bell peppers...very nice. All you can eat fries is a good call, and the lunch specials make it a good buy.

If you order off the kids menu, you get good quality burger, fries, and a drink for just 5 dollars. Its an amazing deal. The only problem was they did mess up my friends order but they brought him a new one and took it off the check. A great overall place and I recommend it.

Always friendly, short wait if at all. The staff is attentive without being bothersome. Food is excellent and the ambiance is excellent that allows for conversation or a meeting without feeling like you have to talk over the crowd. A regular haunt!! Excellent value.

Stephanie was an awesome bartender. At customer request she made margarita with agave instead of simple suryp and followed up. Food delivery did not fair as well as salad and bufger came at the same time. Stephanie was highlight.

Had a ceasar salad. Not the best but not the worst. Fries must be fried in the same fryer as their fish sticks. Some of the fries tasted like fish! Yuck! (unless you like fish then hey! youll be ok with it lol)

I usually order the Northshore soft chicken tacos with the flour tortillas. (corn tortillas is also offered on the menu.) The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars is because there is always room for improvement.

A man came from off the street to solicited as we had started to eat. The waiter came over to have hi!m leave a fter a while, but the manager never came over nor Apologized! I dont plan on going back there.

Worst service Ive had at an islands. Food took 45 minutes to come out and when it finally came the food was cold so I had to send it back. He waiter was also non-existent for most of our meal.

Great food, great price. Server was nice, but never a reflection on the restaurant in my opinion. Anyway, took a little long for food, but it was busy. Cant complain too much.
