A great way to try their extensive selection of beers is through a Beer Sampler. You get a choice of any four beers. * Firestone Walkers Pivo Hoppy Pilsner is similar in flavor to Stella Artois, but with stronger taste. It is medium-bodied and has a sharp hoppy bite yet crisp. Rating: 3/5 * Dogfish Heads Indian Brown Ale has a New Castle-like taste. It has a deep, rich, robust, and malty flavor. The bouquet is herbal with coffee tones. Rating: 4/5 * Ritual Brewing Co.s Extra Red has a sharp hoppy bite and isnt very smooth. It is uncharacteristically in-your-face for a red. Rating: 3.5/5 * Modern Times Black House is very light and crisp on the front of the palate. Dark roasted stout flavor envelopes the senses and is smoother than most stouts. There is also a coffee flavor and aroma detected. Rating: 4/5 Seasonal Pacific White Fish Tacos are blackened sautéed seasonal white fish topped with cabbage, avocado aioli, mango salsa, and cilantro. The portions are great to share with a friend. The fish is meaty and perfectly seasoned. The mango salsa is sweet but not too sweet. The slight spiciness from the salsa balances out with the cool, creamy avocado aioli. Rating: 4.5/5 Cowboy Burger is topped with shoestring onion rings, bacon, cheddar, house-made beer barbeque sauce, and served with signature handcut fries. The burger is a good size for an entrée. The patty is tender, juicy, and cooked to your preferred level of doneness (in this case medium). The barbeque sauce could be a little less sweet and smokier. The onion strings add enough sweetness to the burger along with crispy texture. Fries could also be fried a little longer for crispier exterior. Rating: 4.5/5 Bone Marrow Burger is topped with bone marrow porcini butter, charbroiled onion, mustard aioli, oven-roasted tomato, and served with signature handcut fries. The burger is juicy and cooked to perfection (in this case medium rare). The bone marrow butter adds a succulent flavor to the burger, like braised short rib with the essence of bone flavor. The oven-roasted tomato is almost like a sauce and just melts away with every bite. The charbroiled onion is perfectly caramelized and sweet. Rating: 5/5 Chocolate Espresso Soufflé Coffee Cup Cake is a dark chocolate soufflé topped with whipped cream and vanilla bean ice cream. The texture is a cross between a soufflé and a brownie, soft and light in the middle and denser as it gets closer to the ramekin edges. The dark chocolate and espresso are flavor forward. As the ice cream melts and mixes with the cake, the flavor is reminiscent of affogato. Rating: 5/5

Love this place. The happy hour is awesome! And so are the staff. They are always super friendly and nice. The even remember me and my friend whenever we come in by noon. Joseph at Eureka rocks and so does Stephanie. I look forward to my late night visit again thanks guys This dinner adventure was awesome! This evening I met Josh, the host for the night. I must compliment him for he did a fabulous job at helping us choose a wonderful table outside, and made sure it was under a heater. :) Josh was very kind and customer service oriented, also a great personality to be at the front of house: as the first imprint on the customer he or she enters and not to mention the last thing face the customer sees as they are greeted when they leave. Thank you Josh for starting off our dinner adventure with a positive vibe. The bartender did a fabulous with our drinks!!! Mark, as ways, does such a great job making drinks! Always great in taste and made with excellent consistency!! Thanks Mark! Jeff Hayes, a new server that we met tonight, was great! So friendly, knowledgeable/familiar with the menu as well as a great conversationalist. He was a delight to be apart of our dining experience!! Thanks again eureka and thank you Jeff for being so wonderful! As always this place rocks and is open late on Sundays in OC and you cant beat the happy hour times /prices and dont forget ALL KETCHUP SAUCES AND EVEN LIME JUICE DRINKS ARE FRESHLY made daily. For real! .

My boyfriend and I have been here about 5 times since moving to Irvine. My/Our favorites: Appetizers: Truffle Cheese Fries Brussels Sprouts Entrees: Lobster Tacos Fig Burger Steak Salad Drinks: Whiskey Sour- They make them old fashioned with a real whipped egg. They make the best whiskey sour Ive ever had hands down Moscow Mules (very fresh) The quality of meat/fish is really good. The menu is not extensive, so I would say the only thing that prevents us from coming more. Its a go to place for a new twist on classic American food and really good beer and drinks! Will continue coming here for sure.

Just left with no food!! Thought we would try this place out. Waited for a long time to get a table drinking over priced beers. When we did the place was clearing out and we sat there over 30 minutes and no one even bothered to talk to us. We waved at passing waiters but they didnt even look our way. Saw another table get seated and even had a waiter go over there before us. We walked out and they didnt notice. Service is really poor here and waiters will walk right by you like you arent there! Avoid this place! Went to In n Out and got a better meal for 1/4 of the price!

I went here by accident and ordered the Bone Marrow Burger out of curiosity and it turned out to be the best decision. The burger is the best burger Ive ever had in my life! The patty is perfectly grilled and very savory! You wont notice any bone or marrow as it looks like just the sauce but it makes the patty super juicy. I love the ambience in this restaurant too! Ive been back several times to try other burgers but the Bone Marrow Burger is the best one there. Chicken wings are ok, not something to die for.

The food was fantastic. I had the pork sandwich with brussell sprouts. They were both so flavorful and excellently prepared. Eureka does not make their own beer but has a very wide selections of local craft beers. It looked like they had about 30 taps of very current release beers. The decor was craftmans style with comfortable chairs and tables. Everything was exceptionally clean. They also have a very nice outdoor patio seating area. I cant wait to go back! Visited March 2016

We stopped by after work for a small team happy hour outing. I was presently suprised with the rustic decor and the fact one side of the restaurant was open to the large patio. There were some sprinkles so we congregated at the bar. I cannot comment on the food, but I was impressed with large selection of craft brews on tap and in bottles. With happy hour prices, I was able to try some beer that I have not experienced. Next time, we will try some food, but come for the beer.

Asked for a glass of water three times from two different people (our waitress, then the busboy who came by later, then same the waitress again who came back later). After literally 25 minutes waiting for water, I walked out of the restaurant. I really dont get it - the place wasnt full, and both people said theyd be right back with it.

The happy hour at Eureka is amazing but really what i come here for are the burgers. Their bison burger is awesome and i recently had their truffle fries and OMG are they good. Also try their jalapeno burger its not as spicy as i thought it would be but really really good. The service is great also and they have a decent beer selection.
