I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered from their Mexican food section before and hated it but I figured I would order from them again and try their barbeque instead (seeing as they are a BBQ restaurant.) I placed the order and TWO HOURS LATER the delivery guy still hasnt showed up! We call the restaurant and a guy with a heavy accent answers. We tell him that our delivery has not shown up and he puts us on hold for 15 minutes before HE HANGS UP ON US. We call them again, this time with a heavy accented girl answering, tell her the situation and she HANGS UP TOO. Luckily we placed our order through Grubhub and so we called them to get our order cancelled and refunded. The delivery guy then shows up about another 30 minutes or so after. This guy also had a heavy accent and could not understand us nor us him. We told him we cancelled our order and sent him on his way. WORST RESTAURANT EVER. The food was garbage the first time and I thought Id give them a second chance but never again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Do Not Order Online!! Very poor customer service!! I ordered food from this restaurant and after waiting 30 minutes after my delivery time I called. They said it would be at my residence any minute. After waiting an hour, I called back and they say they never got my order! So I go online where I ordered, and talk to those different people who say they got the order, but now its 9:02 and they are closed so they cannot cook my food. I placed my order at 6:30!! Talk about customer service! Thanks for your mistake and lack of any care whatsoever! I am glad I see their lack of commitment and customer service before I ate their food! I Do Not Recommend This Restaurant!!!

Really messed up. Used to love the place and recommended to friends until a few nights ago, ordered delivery like weve done tons of times without a problem. This time 2 hours to get the food which was cold and deserts melted. Owner told us to call his driver. I had charged the order and they refused to do anything. Dishonest, taking money and not delivering what was paid for. $50+ for soggy cold fries, cheeseburger and beed dips. So cold that you could see the fat starting to settle...not to forget a melted piece of cheesecake and chocolate cake. Why do business with people like this?

This seems to be a family owned and operated business. Their entire staff typically consists of 3-4 people, including the owner, who takes your order and runs the cash register. I can understand why those who have placed delivery orders may have a few gripes. There have been times that I have gone into the resturant to find no one behind the register, only to have a greasy cook come from the kitchen to take my order; I assume the owner was out on delivery. Overall, the food is great; nice cordial staff, and atmosphere. Just dont order for delivery!!!!

Our Dealership ordered from there ALL THE TIME. My lunch time is limited. If your web page states "We Deliver" I expect you to deliver and if you promise within 45 min I hold you too it. That being said, I got my order 1.5 hrs later when I called for a status on my order the Manager responded “well next time pick it up and don’t ask for delivery" wth!!!!?? How is this customer service? Doesn’t matter how good the food is, no one deserves to be mistreated for trying to give your restaurant some business.

Placed a deliver order that hadnt arrived after 30 mins past the delivery time. When I called the manager said there was nothing he could do because they got too busy. When I asked why he didnt notify us he said that they were just too busy to even call. He then told me the wait would be ANOTHER 45mins on top of the already 2 hours we had waited. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. Dont waste your time.

Went in for the first time and the owner was ready to take our order. Ordered the hot links plate, bacon cheddar burger and beef brisket (3 of us). Food was very good and good portions for the price. I see a lot of bad reviews here but mostly for delivery... Not a prob with me. I will be coming back to try the rest of their menu items.

Food is good.....service sucks. This old woman behind the counter walking around talking on her cellphone and customers waiting to order food...HELLO!!!! Some of us only have 1 hour for lunch....... ahhh was about to snap after over 7min of standing there and nobody taking my order when a guy came to take care of me....

We ordered the ribs & brisket comb with mac & cheese, cheesy potato skins and fries and everything was DELICIOUS!!! Ordered through grub hub and had zero problems receiving our food on time. Would absolutely order again and recommend to anyone looking for delicious and affordable bbq!

Excellent BBQ! Decent prices - check them online yourself :) The Pulled Pork Sandwhich!! Oh Yeah! Love the potatoes too! We always get BBQ A la Carte - Whole chicken! With potatoes on the side!! Great value and taste!

The food is so delicious. My favorite is the tri tip roast with creamy mashed potatoes and vegetables!!! You definitely need to try it for yourself! Highly recommended!
