I use to love their beef ribs. At a recent visit I asked for meatier ribs and the man who cuts the ribs gave me basically burnt bones. I spoke to the manager a few days later and he told me he would take care of me with a replacement meal on my next visit. When I went there on May 30, 2016 the man who cuts the ribs again gave me sub par beef ribs. He even gave me a look like he knew what he was doing. I did look at the ribs before I left and even the manager though they were sub par and gave me an extra one that was the normal meaty rib at no charge. However, I felt mistreated. Im not sure if I can go there again, which makes me sad.

This place is ok. Everytime Ive ate here, my food has been to-go. This is not somewhere you want to sit down and eat because the inside isnt very inviting. What will attract you here is the fact their smoking everything right there on the corner. Although all the awesome smells of smoked BBQ will pull you in, the food is just OK. Their bbq sauce it isnt amazing. The quality of their meats is ok and their sides are not very good at all actually. 1 thing I will give them is that they are very convenient and they have some pretty good beef ribs. I can also say you will most likely get very full when you eat here, but the food is just alright.

Smells good, but taste like a bad cover up with sause. Meat is bare, over cooked, and does not have a crust on it. They carry low quality meats, they are missing the mark, no briskit, no prime rib. There is no love in the food. Chicken was over cooked and very dry, while the beef portions of meat were only six ounces, not worth the high prices. Food over cooked, meat has no flavior, high prices. No sink or wash room, for customers. Try it at least once, this was what I thought. They could use a dry rub, and smoke meats not grilling.

Ive only ever had their beef ribs so I can only comment on them... They dont slow cook or boil the ribs to soften them so the meat really sticks to the bone. Personally I like that because I like to leave a bit of meat on the bone for my dog. Over all I think the beef ribs are very average and sauce maybe just a bit below average. However the smoke favor to the beef ribs is above average as they cook them right on a grill... I would buy them again however I wouldnt spent the time to drive there just to eat their ribs.

I love the outdoor grill. It is good, clean barbeque. Something that is not easy to find. They have goof and affordable lunch specials and combos as well as awesome specials each day. The ribs are good and I love the tri-tip. Their barbeque sauce is also very good, be sure to ask or more! They have mostly outdoor seating on the roof which is wonderful on a nice day. They also, conveniently, have parking. Its great for lunch and they are also a good option for catering. If ordering for a lot of people be sure to call ahead.

Burnt fries, singed burger and they took forever. There was nothing good about the food I bought here. I spent way too much money on a burger that was overcooked and fries that were all burnt and crispy, and the hamburger bun was black and crusty. It was a complete waste of money. I even asked for a and paid almost an extra dollar for A thin tiny slice of avocado. I will never be returning to this establishment again and wish I had my money back.

Sides are wonderful, cole slaw one of the best, baked beans are super and the mac and cheese tops any other Ive had. Its better for carry out as the ambience leaves a lot to be desired, but the food is delicious and amply served. I love their sauce and Im beginning to drool as I write this. I usually order the pulled pork sandwich. Yum!

I got full and it was kind of tasty but this seems to be a place where you could wake up sick the day after. Well see. Ill pick one or two stars away then. I had the half chicken and rice and mack n cheese as sides. Chicken good, rice good, sauce good, mac n cheese bad and cold. Just ok place and slightly at the pricy side.

It was awesome the food is so tender and juicy, the bbq sauce is amazing its sweet and savory and absolutely amazing. I recommend #9 the tri-tip and ribs with the Mac and cheese. The only problem was that on the ribs there wasnt that much meat but the tri-tip definitely made up for the lack of meat on the ribs

The owner & staff are very cordial. The pulled pork was out of this world. & If you have a problem finding the place, if your anywhere within a 2 block radius of Washington PL. & Washington Blvd. where they collide, the intoxicating smell of the barbeque grill will transport you to the Outdoor Grill. Fantastic!

This place is always amazing. I live out of state and one of my first stops when I frequent Los Angeles is the outdoor grille . Always fresh , always delicious. Keep up the good work and please pay no mind to the "entitled" naysayers who use these rating sites for a different reason than what they are intended

I have gotten the beef ribs from here twice, and both times they were tasteless and nearly meatless. Very disappointing, but the saving grace was the sauce, which was delicious. Good for quick rib cravings, and makes you quickly realize why you usually dont order ribs out of the South.

The customer service was very helpful with my inquiries. I finally decided on the tri-tip sandwich and it was mouth watering. I choked it down with a delicious guava passion fruit drink. Did I mention the Colby Cookies? I tried the chocolate walnut one. Delish! I cant wait to go back.

Good little corner place. The turkey chili was good! The Mac and Cheese was decent. The Tri-Tip Mini Tacos and Chicken Mini Tacos were pretty good: the sauce was too spicy for me and the chicken was too dry for my liking, as was the tri-tip. But overall good food so far!

I have no idea why I keep even giving this restaurant another chance. I asked for everything to be on the side because it continuosly comes soggy every time. Was disappointed once again and guess what no sauce, just meat and soggy bread. You guys suck! Never again!!

Great service, very attentive with being intrusive. Food was very good, though one burger was over-cooked. We were visiting from Los Angeles and have found our new favorite grille close to our favorite hotel. We will definitely be back!
