Tastes good, only wished they didnt have a $15 min charge for credit card. Nobody in SCV does that because less and less people carry cash these days. The added convenience for customers by accepting low credit card amounts will likely be worth it because more people will eat there. Also, legally a merchant can only impose UP TO $10 minimum credit card charge. With a typical meal being close to $10, the rule theyve set really doesnt benefit them at all, only pushes away potential cashless customers.

Delicious food and great service! Beware the $15 credit card minimum, or just buy yourself one meal for now and another to take home for later. My personal favorite dish is curry ramen. Ive never seen it at other restaurants; its very unique and delicious! The curry retains its flavor while not being too thick, which makes eating it with the ramen easy and delicious. The picture menu allows guests to get a really good idea of what theyre buying beforehand.

This place is very slept on. Its near such high rated places, and honestly, its a hidden gem. Just as good, if not better than the other spots nearby. The atmosphere of all the places in the area are similar, so I dont have much to say about that. The menu is pretty small and simple. This is a quick and easy spot to get good Masa Ramen . Dont wait in those long lines nearby, just go here!

Not at all impressed. It wasnt bad, it just wasnt good. The only reason I went here is because the wait was very long at Umaichi. Really shouldve waited at the other place… Also the atmosphere reminds me of a urinal and the "spicy miso" is nothing more than some chili paste on the side that they charge you $1 for. Seriously sad place.

Just an amazing hole in the wall! Upon entering I was greeted by the staff. The very nice lady sat me down and gave me a quick run down of there menu. I ordered a spicy tonkotsu shoyu, it was the perfect amount of spicy, great flavor, and a generous amount of noodles. I will definitely be back!

I would give a 3.5 if I could. The noodles were perfect! The pork was good as well. A few things I felt were missing was that pork base broth, chili oil instead of what looked like sambal, and a soft boiled egg instead of a hard-boiled one. Not bad overall, but Ive had much better.

Surprised that this place isnt more noticed. Fast service, clean, and overall nothing bad to say about it. Establishment is very at home feeling, and I like that. If someone comments about the taste being bad it isnt and theyre speaking on their personal preference.

Had the Tonkatsu Shoyu ramen and was pleasantly surprised, sadly the menu and decor was atrocious. The water tasted a little funky and if it wasnt for their online menu I would have no idea what I was ordering. Very small establishment that needs some upgrades.

They charge for a tiny bit of spicy chilli. Any other restaurant, its provided. No iced tea, just canned drinks. The signage is so small its hard to find. No restroom. The ramen was ok. Its in no way authentic japanese ramen, but its decent.

2nd best ramen joint in SCV. Thats not a compliment because the 1st one is very mediocre. If you want good ramen in this valley forego this place and Umaichi and go to Kabuki Restaurant instead where the broth and noodles are way better.

I am giving them a because their service was great. I ordered the vegetarian ramen and I really disliked the thickness of the broth. It was more like a gravy than a broth. It really wasnt the right texture overall.

Doesnt seem to get much business but the food is very good, is reasonably priced, and the servers are also very attentive. If you like simple but delicious japanese food, this place will be a great experience.

Great service and food. I come here at least once a week. My favorite is the spicy tuna bowl. When it is hot outside. In the winter, I love their soups.
