I was very disappointed with this place. First, they barely give you any soup, especially compared to the place that was there before, Orochon Ramen, which was awesome. Additionally, its almost $10 for a medium size bowl of soup with minimal amounts of noodles. My GF got a small, and I got a regular, and they gave us the exact SAME amount of soup. Whats also BS is that everything you want is A LA CART to in the soup. We got a $10 bowl pork ramen soup and they literally just threw 2 wimpy pieces of tiny pork slivers caked with GROSS pork fat. If you want the other things in the picture of the soup (like egg, mushrooms, etc) its like $1 to $2 per item. That means by the time you build up your soup its like $15, and you will probably still be hungry, because I know we were. Save your money and time and find any other Ramen place. I felt like this was totally overpriced and I hate when restaurants are stingy with their food. On the upside, the broth is actually very good tasting, but I still felt Orochon (the place that was there before) was significantly better tasting as well.

I went to get some Orochon Ramen but the place became Kopan Ramen place. I wasnt sure how Ramen will taste but surprisingly it was good. We went in and after getting seated, it took really long time to place the order. Server was busy and I guess they didnt know we were there. Interior looks very nice and cozy with kind of dim light. Restaurant is divided into two section and I guess they serve different types of food. We ordered Ramen with chashu with medium spicy level. I was surprised when I got the Ramen because I was used to salt Ramen at Orochon. This Ramen was I think tonkotsu Ramen style. Very creamy and rich. It had three thick pork belly pieces. I prefer Orochon Ramen better but this Ramen was good too:)

kopan ramen is by far the best ramen restaurant in Burbank. service here is quick and friendly all the staff are very personable. The ramen is breath takingly good with the most flavorful broth that I have ever had the pleasure of tasting, along side the heaping serving of ramen noodles this meal is sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. if you are looking for a lot of food for a little money this is the place for you, with their small ramen only costing 8$ plus tax that is more than enough to feed a hungry adult. once youve had your fill of ramen make sure to try out their ice cream macaroon, my personal favorite is strawberry, its the perfect amount of sweet after your savory meal.

Bottom line: Awesome ramen, great value! So I was a little skeptical walking in here. Orochan was underwhelming and didnt last long, but under Kopan, this place is LEGIT! I came in for lunch and got the lunch special with the regular sized bowl of fatty pork ramen (with spinach, grated garlic and egg) and the side of tempura. Typically I can finish a bowl of ramen, but this portion was MASSIVE. Broth had amazing flavor, the egg was perfectly soft boiled, and the pieces of pork belly were huge. The tempura serving alone could have fed two people. Next time I come, Im getting the smaller sized bowl for sure. But awesome, awesome, awesome.

Came in on a Saturday evening and was actually very fast to get seated. Got seated right away with no need to wait. Took a few minutes to look over the menu since I had never been there and decided to get one of the soups and with zero level of spiciness. Service was very quick and friendly. Our server even suggested different options on the menu been that was my first time. The place is decorated with a modern asian style, there is a big bar towards the front and the back seating area has Video projectors to see a sports game or other events. Convenient location to shops and entertainment this makes for a good place to visit

This isnt a Ramen Shop. If I remember correctly, it was maybe 7.50 or 8.50 for the regular bowl BUT they only had the broth, noodle, two slices of whatever meat you got and a 2x2 inch square of dried seaweed. If you want other stuff on it, you have to pay $1 - $3 for a soft boiled egg, or shiitake mushroom, etc. So your "cheap" bowl of ramen becomes quite pricey with all the extras you would want and need which would already be included in a proper bowl of ramen from a proper ramen shop. And a proper ramen shop would already take the guessing game away since they already figured what ingredients work with what for you.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and nice. Thats why Im not giving it any lower number of stars. I didnt think the mild pork Ramen was that good though. Ive had Ramen before so I expected it to have veggies or more meat or SOMETHING in it for the $9.50+tax! My soup basically consisted of broth, thin spaghetti type noodles, and 2 small pieces of pork meat. That was it! The "seaweed" was a joke. It was slivers waaaay smaller than the green onions in the broth. You basically have to pay extra for anything else that other restaurants already have included in the base price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

WARNING: This used to be Orochon Ramen, it is now Kopan Ramen and the quality in food has dropped severely. The noodles are awful, I asked for chicken and there was about two slices, the sides were cold and soup was barely warm, the portions are way smaller, and it is no longer that spicy. Even at max spicy level, it was really disappointing. However, spiciness aside, its just not very good. Also good luck getting them to split a check; its as if theyve never done it before. Orochon used to be where I ate the most. My friends and I loved it, but now we grieve our loss. Goodbye Orochon

I really wanted to like this place, it has cool table set-ups, large tv screens, roomy atmosphere and it has noodles! But this place just didnt quite hit the mark. I have only been here once, so maybe I must try it again, but the ramen just didnt do it for me. I think I ordered the #3 spice level, but it tasted really bland. I had to do a lot of additions, like adding chashu and egg. I was pretty disappointed in the egg. I just dont think its worth making another trip. The prices are pretty expensive and the food wasnt anything close great.

Great open environment! Tofu house and ramen seating separated from a wall, but can sit where ever. The ramen had a great creamy flavor (and some spice if you request it; I got mild). Plenty of noodles. My wife ordered the seafood and beef tofu bowl and loved it. She is hard to please when it comes to tofu. The only down side was the portion size of the baby octopus in proportion the price. The server Anthony H. was serving 20 people at one point and we didnt feel neglected. Great service! We will come back for that alone. :)

Shout out to the cook making the broth, G. This broth is lit. Let me tell you about it, fam. Its pork bone based, so sorry if you cant eat pork. Slow cooked, so you know its danke. Its creamy. Way creamy. Youre going to cream eating this. I recommend extra spicy. Pork belly if thats your thing. I would just get more seaweed than noodles. Noodles not made in house, which isnt a bad thing. Just not my thing. But it is also a thing that few ramen houses do-- even then, they rarely do it well. ☮️
