If I could give them No stars I would! We are NEVER going to give this Kfc our business again! Honestly by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Our chicken was gross and hard, and we asked for mac n cheese instead of coleslaw and we got coleslaw! I called and spoke to the "manager" that told me to stop by and they will replace the WHOLE MEAL...But when I got there I was treated so poorly by another "manager" Jared who basically called me a liar and refused to give me the food that I paid good money for. The next day my husband had to call and complain...I went back to finally pick up the food and still got attitude from the staff and "manager"..when I got home we found out THEY STILL GAVE US COLESLAW AND DISGUSTING CHICKEN! Take my advice stay away from this store...there are plenty of KFCS in town with better staff who are friendly and not forgetful and have better fresh food!

Well want here for dinner today was the wrost experience ever with the manager no smile rude and blaming me for there card reader error and then told me that i never paid for my food then ran my debit card twice and still a issues with there card reader but what make this bad the manager COULD ONLY blame me for his and then looks at his employee with the ruded looks to blame him for tryingbto fix my order the manager need to be retained on customer service and also my chicken wasnt done blood was dripping all over like a rare chicken this is my last time ever eating kfc again

Madyson is really really good at her job as cashier, and loved their very friendly and service of all employees. Came back here on February 1st, wen through the drive through, I wanted naked chicken chalupa, but they didnt have any. But they offered another option that would work and they patiently went through menus with me. Service was good food was great. But they forgot the receipt. When I went back, I was be able to get the receipt with no problem and fast.

You should really check your order before leaving. And chicken tends to be quite petrified. We ordered Mac and cheese for the kids and I guess we got the bottom of the barrel because it had a dark brown crust throughout the container. Kids wouldnt eat it. And if you call to let them know you werent satisfied, they do not seem to care much. No apology, partial refund or discount is offered either.

Ate here for years, but the last 3 times going there the chicken was dry and hard to chew like it was days old. Also they have very slow service, and about 3 out of 5 times your order will be wrong. The last visit to this KFC pretty much soured me on going to any KFC ever again. I hope you read this, KFC owner, as I was a customer of at least 8 times a month for a while.

Ate here on Thanksgiving 2016. I think our family has a new tradition. Soft drink syrup mixture 10/10. Crunchwrap Supreme 8/10. Service 9/10. This place blew my mind. Great view of the dump across the street w/ bonus view of the tree water tower. Puyallup fast food cuisine at its best.

Famous bowl was half empty/half full. The one in Puyallup is better by far! $5 for half a bowl at this KFC. Ridiculous. Disappointed.
