I just had the WORST experience at this location! I ordered 2 famous bowl meals and a chicken tenders to go cup. I got home and noticed that there were only 3 to 4 small, burnt potatoes wedges and pieces of chicken strips! I immediately called and spoke with the manager , May (so she says) and was given attitude after I explained the situation and was told that I needed to bring all of the food back along with my receipt in order for them to replace it (as if Im lying about a $3.19 meal). I refuse to drive all the way back up there only to be humiliated only for them to throw the food away over there mistake! If I could give them a negative star I would!

the manager Chris is awesome and the young lady Haylei is fun addition at the front counter, but even more then the service i have received inside the restaurant. The drive thru girl Mae and her crew has some top flight speed there drive thru team gets me in and out with a smile on my face and great chicken in my bucket. Looking forward to having this crew hook me and my family up with chicken all summer long hell drive 10 miles + out of my way from Tacoma for there food and service thank you for renewing my faith in the KFC brand

The employees there were very nice and friendly. The food there is amazing and with the new promotion that they have going on right now "$20 family fill up" great price and comes with a lot of food. I understand that it gets busy there and they only have one cook, so I understand that it takes time I am not in a rush because I would rather wait for good quality chicken then having to get chicken that had no passion in cooking it to just get me out the door.

Food was good. But the remodeled store hasnt made it any faster. I waited at counter dor help to get mayonnaise. It took over 3 minutes just get attention. Then that person never got it for me. Waited 2 more minutes to ask another employee. She got current order together than mayonnaise on a lid. No little to go mayo packets nor containers. Saw 4 other people walking behind counter area. Didnt help busy crew.

Everytime I go to this KFC they ran out of it . Chicken or corn or biscuits always something. And then once u drive off after waiting forever in line somethings wrong with your order. It sucks because its not like there is a lot of KFC in my area this last time I got extra biscuits and he didnt give me no honey or butter. Who eats or biscuits with no honey or about her not me I was pissed thats my favorite

Let me say the food is decent but their needs to be health inspection set in place for cleaner bathrooms and resturant. The Toliets in the bathroom are half way hanging off the seat and it is plain disgusting. The drink station is caked with dust, the floors are outdated and in need of a good shine and mop as well as grout cleaned from the cracks. Smh i couldnt believe the condition of the place.

I love KFC, however this location ranks pretty low. The food was overcooked, the girl behind the register was super slow. She was only able to take care of one customer at a time, and took a long time with each. While I was eating, I watched four different customers walk out in a 10 minute window.

The people were nice but I ordered some food and the chicken was very dry like it had been sitting out for a while they also forgot to give me an item and the final price was not cheap. Over all, that was the last time I go there and waste money on old food and an uncomplete order.

Absolutely horrible service. And how does KFC run out of chicken for the night? Pizza Hut never runs out of pizza... TacoTime never runs out of tacos.... On top if that, they make no offers to rectify the situation. Chick-fil-a, cant wait for you to open!

Horrible chicken! It was old and did not taste anything like normal KFC chicken. They must have left it under the sink over night. Wife and I were both shocked at how bad it was. Dont stop, just keep driving.

Tried to order through the drive through this evening and a rat ran under my car. The clerk inside acknowledged that there are rats on the property and in the garbage. Not gonna be ordering here for awhile.

Sometimes food is not the best and I have to wait in the parking lot for an item, but everytime I have gone they have ran out of items on the menu and they forget an item I have ordered.
