This is my third time in 2 weeks going in there where every employee is frowning a rude. I asked for more cheese and sour cream (which I didnt mind getting charged extra and told her that) and I had to ask three times because she barely put any on there. Then they tried charging me for a veggie burrito instead of a 3 pointer (I dont want to pay 2 extra dollars when I barely get anything in the first place) the cashier was rude when I asked him about it and he had an atitude. I get its a mistake and that totally fine however his response was rude. Hopefully it was just a 2 week bad streak. I love chipotle but the customer service at the E. Monte Vista location is not my fav.

First time there and last time we go here. Was rushed through the line so fast I could not decide quick enough what I wanted in my bowl. They were out of the grilled peppers/onions, the place was dirty....if you go there, be sure to look in the serving containers where the forks are, the bottom was full of crumbs and old lettuce. I would expect the rushed service if the place was busy, but there were only a few people in there at the time. 2 bowls and 2 beers cost us $27 bucks. WAY too expensive for the small amount of food. I wont be back and I cant wait to tell everyone I know about my negative experience at this unsanitary clip joint.

The kids love it. Theyve been going to Chipotle ever since it first opened and we love chicken bowls! My only complaint it seems that in the past few months , their servings have gotten smaller. I totally understand that they are almost always busy and usually you have to wait 15 minutes in line but Ive been there at times where its been completely slow and I still get less than half a cup of rice. God forbid you ask for double rice because even then they give you just a pinch more. Portions definitely need to be more consistent but other than that everything else is great!

If you go into the location, its great. They keep it clean and make great burritos. However, I highly caution against ordering online. I ordered double meat for both my wifes and my burrito, only to receive less than a standard portion that they give when youre in store. They completely left out other ingredients, and paid no attention to the special instructions.

With my family last night at Chipotle in Vacaville, the customer service went far beyond my expectations for a QSR. There was an issue on their end, and they more than made up for it. The shift manager was excellent. I am in the process of moving to Vacaville, and this Chipotle will definitely become a regular stop for us.

first time eating here, well I had three tacos built and realized my wallet was in the car. Thankfully I was the only one in line.....I ran out to my car and back oh 30sec maybe. When I returned they had paid for my meal WHAT?? my first experience and this was it....you have a customer now. Oh and the food was great!!!

Having both worked at the fairfield chipotle a few years ago, and knowing Jared who took over this store a few years ago, I know the only the best quality and service come from any team working with him. If he is not there anymore, I am sure most of those around him live that "chipotle life".

Ordered online, get there and they didnt make our food so I wait while they make it then I get home and they didnt put any meat in half our items! Also these chips are stale I just bent one in half without it braking... Come on Chipotle this is terrible.

Food had a good taste and the staff was friendly but whoever cuts the food for prep needs to learn what chopped up means... vegetables and meat were in huge chunks instead of diced/shredded making the burrito bowl a not so easy meal...
