Poor quality. Awful service. When you hire immature little girls to make burritos, you would think some care would be taken to make sure they have some understanding of size, proportions, customer courtesy, and that when a customer says "pinto beans" I dont mean 10 left over beans and a quarter pint (no pun intended) of that left over "juice" that comes out of the can, poured on to my disgusting burrito, soaking it thoroughly with the can water that the pinto beans are soaked in. AWFUL SERVICE: I was immediately flabbergasted by the outright rudeness of the little girl behind the counter. Her new "friends" in line in front of me got so much rice, beans and steak loaded on to their burritos, (because we have to give more to our friends right in front of other customers right?) that my burrito ended up looking less than HALF the size of a normal burrito because they were running out of everything as they had just loaded up these Giant burritos for their friends....my water soaked burrito was about a QUARTER the size of the giant super dooper burritos they just prepared for their friends. And oh yea...I ended up with 3 tiny fragments of "steak" in my tiny water soaked "steak burrito" because they just ran out of that as well, thanks to their friends quadruple sized burritos ahead of me. When I got to the cash register they noticed the ridiculous one-quarter size of my burrito next to the Giant ones next to mine belonging to their friends, smiled and turned a blind eye to the situation. Funny thing is their "friends" didnt leave them a tip for the favor....and neither did I. STEAK?: As I was eating this slop, I eventually reached the 3 little pieces of what was supposed to be "steak" meat...I say that in "quotes" because as I started chewing, I noticed the "steak" is unbelievably tough and no matter how much I chew they would not break down! The reason? WHAT I HAD WAS NOT STEAK IT WAS 3 LITTLE PIECES OF TENDON...at least I hope it was tendon... which I had to spit out eventually.... So, there you have it..my water soaked quarter-size steak burrito ended up being a water soaked quarter-size veggie burrito, of which I ate about 3/4 of before I left Chipotle in disgust. This was no accident... I think anyone that has given this place a good rating needs to have their head examined!

Ive been at this location 10-20 times and each time i give it another shot, im let down. My girlfriend and I love chipotle and I go to school right down the street at DVC, which is the only reason i have given it as many chances as I have. My visits always include: unfriendly service, poor burrito wrapping, and skimpy helping of meat on the burritos. I can honestly say that while i do love chipotle, this location will not be receving another penny from me. Liked: Location Dislike: Service, Meat Portions, and inability to wrap my burrtios

I like Chipotle and their food. I do have a concern for the recent outbreak in Washington Oregon region. But the ones in Cali remain opened so I believe them when they said they have food tracking system to target affected restaurants. I went here the past weekend and my burrito was good. The chips were too salty though. I do really dislike the physical location because of the parking situation.

First time being here. I think I just made bad for choices. I was just experimenting with the options they had and it didnt quite turn out right. But my moms chicken bowl was really good. The service was speedy, but I wish they took a bit more care making my burrito. It felt like he was just slapping things on.

Just like any good, popular restaurant, this place gets crowded during lunch and dinner - dont let the lines deter you. Weve *never* had a bad meal here and theyve always meet or exceeded our expectations. I dont think I can say that about any other eatery Ive been to.

Worst Chipotle ever. Every time I go there its something else. Tonight they ran out of half their food items 30 minutes prior to closing and the manager refused to do anything about it saying it was too late. I suspect its because they are too lazy.

We really like the food here. They were willing to accommodate our requests to vary the amount beans and rice, but seemed hesitant. Good service overall but on occasion seem to be slightly reluctant and/or annoyed.

Longest line at a Chipotle Ive ever seen. Not sure if they were understaffed or what, but way too long of a wait for a fast-casual type of restaurant. To top it off, parking at this shopping center is a nightmare.
