They ran out of white rice and didnt have any more for 15 minutes, ran out of guac 2.5 hours before closing and had the slowest moving line I have ever been in in a chipotle. Then they guy in front of me ordered a side of medium salsa and the line workers didnt hear it after 5 requests until the cashier had to hand them the container and say "side of medium" a 6th time. They filled it with MILD salsa. I spent over a half hour there and I took my food to go. This is ridiculous. By far the worst chipotle I have ever visited the service was terrible; and I should know because I am a die hard chipotle fan.

We bought 3 blows of rice. All of the bowls are just got half filled. They just give a customer half of the amount an order should be. The staffs should be have a standard for how much a bowl should be fill up. This happened so many times before. Finally, I need to write this review cause Im a Chipotle fan. I expect every Chipotle should give roughly the same amount. This branch is always give noticeably less. Need to be evaluated!

I visited this Chipotle for the first time, the service was unparalleled. Juan, the staff member who made my bowl was extremely courteous and made sure that I received my bowl exactly the way I wanted it. Its the little things that make a huge difference and I highly recommend this Chipotle to anyone in the Fremont/Newark area!

At this point I expect a Chipotle restaurant to be pristinely clean given the recent foodborne illnesses in the Western stores. Frankly, I was apprehensive to order and eat at this one. The outside grounds reflected the inside - filthy. I suggested that they at least wipe down the counters. Yes, Im that guy.

Not very clean, must have been just after lunch rush. Not enough people working. One person to fill orders and run POS. Music in the kitchen was different and just as loud as Chipotle store music, clashing. Some junky bites of steak in my burrito bowl. Overall, pretty bland tasting.

Pretty good place, hassle to park next to it. Pretty short line during lunch hours, allot longer during evenings. Amounts given in the bowl and burrito arent as much as usual, although staff very kindly accepts requests for more!

Chipotle is nothing special. I dont go there if Im craving Mexican food. I only go there for convenience. What I like the most is getting to order my food online or through the app so I dont have to wait in line.

Been to this location twice and for some reason not as good as other locations. Rice is a bit overcooked and the chicken doesnt taste as good. I asked for mild and medium salsa and couldnt even taste them.

This Chipotle is hidden off the freeway but behind the main Plaza. Parking lot little small, food is consistent relative to the other Chipotle. Nothing to complain about!
