The week of Christmas I purchased a Sour Dough Cheeseburger. The burger came and was very dry. There was 7 or 8 pieces of the hamburger. The hamburger patty had been torn apart and was in lots of small pieces. I was already on the freeway or I would have returned it. Today Jan 09, 2015 I got the new Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. The piece of chicken was thin and very dry. It is sad they actually serve stuff like this to the public. The piece of meat so thin and hard I could toss it around like disk. The meat is actually 2mm thick, or about just a touch over an 1/8 of an inch. So needless to say, it looks nothing like the picture. NOTHING. So that is two strikes in a month. Not sure if I willing to ever go back to chance strike 3.

Years ago, i was passing through getting fuel at the gas station very late in the evening. I Was able to see a scuffle between four men whom had exited a car vs four/five other men sitting at the tables in front of the Jack in the Box restaurant. Fifteen seconds in to the brawl, sirens sounded. The group of five-ish ran to the highway and the others stood by the car...i then entered the drive thru and purchase a number 10 meal. While i departed the drive thru, all the law enforcement in the area arrived. I decided to watch a Mendocino episode of cops & devour the meal. The food was to be expected, fast food is never above a average rating...but the staff was pleasant for the very short verbal interaction. Would i stop here again, maybe...

Spent about 8 minutes with the back of my car hanging out of the drive through watching personafter person park, go in, come out with food and leave. So I backed out of drive in parked to go inside. Once inside the woman at the counter stopped taking orders and would only help people at the drive through who had pulled up after I had come in to order. She was rude to other customers who complained saying that the orders she was working on were for people who had come in before us. Unfortunately there werent any people inside waiting to receive an order. Just people waiting to place an order who had come in around thesame timeI did. I waited another 10 minutes without getting to order before going back to work from my lunch break hungry.

Slow, filthy, cold, burnt, rude, this is the ongoing expectations for this location. These guys have drug addicts and own handlers all around the building making many feel uncomfortable and at times unsafe. It would be nice if the could at least serve the correct drink. Then again where else in Ukiah are you going 5o get food in the middle of the night?

Got stuck in snow in Willits and missed out on any other food places, so had to go out of way to Ukiah, and while I would not do it again just because, food was actually good, hot, fast, clean and almost edible, thanks dude for not being gross and twacked out.

I havent had a bad experience there yet and Ive been going there for years now and its next to a gas station and a Walmart so u cant bet that and u can get rite back on the free way so its all around the best jack in the box

That certain machine is the best machine! The last time we were there the guy couldnt do anything he had to have someone else do it!I wish they replace the lemon flavoring and the Coke machine!

Typical fast food in a rest stop type setting. Not bad, not great. Small seating area inside. Limited benches outside. Gets a little hectic with passing visitors.
