This Pizza Hut is the worst pizza in the Salem-Keizer area. The pizza is mediocre on the best of days and bad all the rest. Wingstreet is a welcome addition to Pizza Hut in my opinion, except at this store. Youre better off going literally anywhere else in the area and youll be more satisfied. The worst part of it is this - the Lancaster Dr. Pizza Hut is actually very, very good. Ive never received anything less than excellent quality from there, be it pizza, wings, or dessert. Unfortunately, despite living closer to the Lancaster Dr store by a good mile and a half, if I want it delivered I get the River Rd store. tl;dr Youre better off eating anywhere else, but if you really want Pizza Hut, the 10 minute drive to the Lancaster store will satisfy 1000% more.

DANG I HAVE NEVER WAITED FOR 2 HOURS TO GET MY PIZZA WHEN ITS LIKE A 5-10 MINUTE DRIVE! I understand that prep and baking time is anout 45 minutes, driving is about 10ish as I mentioned but what do they do in those 65 minutes left? If I had a car and someone to take care of the kids I wouldve gone to pick it up. Its 40 minutes AFTER they said it should have been delivered. I called them 2 times, first one I was able to get 15% off which was about the delivery fee & the second one they said my order wasnt in the computer anymore? Guess dominos is a WAY better place to order & has nicer employers.

Ive never had problems with these guys. The pizza tastes just fine and what you should expect for fast food pizza. The customer service isnt some annoying ass kissing tool, like others here seem to expect to receive, they are laid back folks just trying to earn a really crummy paycheck all the while, putting up with a bunch of ungrateful fat disgusting people who complain that the employees arent bending over backwards at $8 per hour and serving top-notch gourmet food for $5.00. Get over yourselves people, you pay crap, dont tip worth a damn but somehow expect the best?

Time again when calling in or going in my wife and I have either been on hold for 15 to 20 minitea before having the call disconnected. When we go in there are between 4 and 6 people "working" and it is still upwards of 30 minutes before we are talked to. We talked with a store manager and was told that there would be a credit applied to our account to help. My wife has been hung up on "because I (one of the workers) dont have time to take orders over the phone," multiple times. This is hands down the absolute worst Pizza Hut in the Salem/Keizer area.

Amazing food for the price with fast service in Kaiser it can be difficult to get a pizza on the weekends but last I checked it takes just as long as dominoes. And they charge less for delivery. Also try to remember people are more liable to write a bad comment then they are a good one complaining about the way the food tastes well thats just Pizza Hut and has nothing to do with any of the store never have I walked into a lobby and see the place where people wash their hands so frequently

Its the worst pizza hut I have ever ever ever been to they had cigarettes sitting out on the counter they had a open 2 liter with no lid on the counter they took over 45 min to make one thing of pasta and wings also as I was sitting there they would let the phone ring and ring for over ten minutes then finally pick it up And say can u hold and not get to it For a while they where dirty they would go smoke and not wash there hands its just nasty and unprofessional

I happened to place an order online on a very busy Friday night. It took an hour for my pizzas to be made. However, despite being extremely overwhelmed, the majority of the staff were professional and were working very hard to fill the orders. The 50 year old guy who I assume is the owner was a little snippy, but they all looked very tired. The pizza was delicious, they did not skimp on toppings and their cheese stuffed pizza crust is fantastic as always.

Problematic, to say the least. The one time I dont look for reviews and I experience many of the same issues as other reviewers: poorly cooked pizza (undercooked and soft), ridiculous wait (whole hour and then some in the lobby), and some surprisingly rude staff (a few are chill but they were the exception it seemed). Overall, try the Lancaster Rd Pizza Hut or even the Dominos down the street; either is plenty less likely to disappoint.

We moved to the area a couple of months ago. Pizza Hut is easy and cheap when youre moving and settling in. We have never had our order come out right from this place. Weve had the wrong pizza, the wrong toppings, pizza that wasnt cooked fully. Tonight was the last straw with pieces of meat on our veggie pizza and they forgot sauce. It wasnt even a special order, they just didnt put the sauce on the pizza. This place is ridiculous.

The pizza is what it is. But the people they hire... Theyre rude, and unprofessional. Everytime I go in there, theyre cussing, talking about partys, or just messing around in general. Tonight, it took them nearly 5 minutes to acknowledge me (I was the only customer there), then they began cussing... I have always accepted that they hire a bunch of stoners that dont care. But after tonight, I wont be returning.

hour and a half in i call them just to be put on hold after 5 minutes i finally get through just to find out that my pizza wont be leaving for another 20 minutes at this point it would have been 2 hours since i ordered my pizzas and trying to ask for a discount i got put on hold again i will never be ordering from this store again now lets hope they put the funds back on my card.

The people writing poor reviews have had different experiences than us. Weve always found the food perfectly acceptable and the service above average. Sure, the atmosphere is laid back inside the store, but the focus is on quality and accuracy. Ill take those attributes over suits and ties. Were regular customers and will continue to patronize the store.

I saw they had a BAD rating but I wanted to give them a chance anyway. I was WRONG! They are horrible! I suggest you take your business to a different Pizza Hut. The people working there are horrible. They may not like their jobs. Horrible Customer service from the bottom all the way up to the store manager! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Horrible everything!

We go here once a month for 3 years going. Never had an incorrect order. Never had to wait. The folks behind the counter always seem nice. Never had a problem with the pizza. Those who are calling, what the hells wrong with you? Order online like someone who hasnt lived under a rock their whole life. Its much easier.

Wth! So I always order pizza from here and I rarely have problems but I just got off the phone with someone and he was so rude tomorrow when their manager is present I will call back I am disgusted with the way I was treated, especially being someone who orders frequently. Time to start ordering some place else.
