I just had the worst customer service ever at here at this establishment. In fact, I have never written to any company So, I ordered a large pizza through their online services and was given a time frame of 45 mins for my order. Okay, thats a little log in comparison to competitors but Im okay with that. After an hour wait, I called and was rudely told that I couldnt cancel my order because that would be wasting food and hung up on, after I called back she said if I wanted it faster I shouldnt do the online format and call In. Like what good does that do me now???? Once again blaming the customer for the lack of service. This employees name is Jessica. I literally called back again and spoke to a manager??? And was given real no apologies and not quiet sure if I will get refunded. I assume I wont be charged but was never told on the phone she just said okay Ill cancel the order. So heres hoping when I go to my bank tomorrow I hope there is no charge. I dont think I will ever eat at any of these places again which is a shame because before I came to this one I had great experiences. I hope corporate does something about this. I am just utterly shocked and appalled by the overwhelmingly terrible service and customer service. Just wow. So like 15 minuets after this review they showed up anyways. Delivery driver was nice and told us she was Jessica and the person on the phone gave us her name!!! Super lied on the phone! You have got to be kidding me. Apparently it was Bridget who lied and hung up.

Where to start with this place? The quality, service, or eerie decor? I havent had Pizza Hut in a long, long time, so I was very disappointed in the quality of food itself. Its not even worth the calories to eat this, we actually threw it away because it tasted like cardboard and the pretzel crust was overwhelmingly, let me say that again... OVERWHELMINGLY salty. The ambience of this place was that if a 1970s bar / horror house. You remember that seen from ET when the family is sitting at the table eating pizza and theres those ugly lights and decor, air filled with cigarette smoke? Thats this place, only much eerier. It feels like a slasher is hiding behind every corner and theres a drug cartel in the back. Its creepy. This reflects on the staff, who are like zombies and all look absolutely miserable to be there. For someone to say out loud where a guest can hear, "I dont want to tell him (the customer), YOU tell him," is a bit of an eyebrow raiser to say the least. I hate leaving one star reviews. I feel bad for the restaurant because these reviews do affect their business and thus peoples lives, but if this place doesnt change something soon, its obvious from all the reviews posted here that this place will sink.

My son had ordered a pizza about 2 weeks ago and when delivered it had the wrong toppings, so they told him he could have a free pizza next time he ordered. This weekend he decided to use that free pizza and also buy another. When calling he was transfered to a call center out of state, who told him that in order to claim the free pizza it would have to be done through the actual store, they were not able to honor it. But we could not call the restaurant directly with out bieng tranfered, so we decided to go and eat there. So we get there make our order and when asked if it was to go or eat there we were told the total would be more to dine there because they have a "dine in" fee.Well we roll our eyes and decide to just take it home. While we wait another woman comes to pick up her pizza and upon looking at her pizza discovers half has no cheese, Im do not know the resolve of that dispute, we left with our pizzas, which also had cheese free bald spots and decided just not to go back. Horrible!

Tonight is the second time theyve disappointed. First time they were out of the stuffed crust so they cancelled my order. Luckily the customer service people called me to let me know. I didnt order another pizza because I had already waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they were out of the ingredients for my pizza. Tonight, I ordered at 7:00 pm. Expected delivery time: 8:02 pm. 8:30 pm rolls around, still no pizza and no phone call. I called the store. The guy said they got slammed and hopefully my pizza would be "warm" when I got it. I asked for my money back and he said "Call the customer service and complain and theyll give you a free pizza or something." I hope I am getting my money back after speaking with the customer service. I eventually got a luke warm pizza at 9:00 pm.

The food at this location has always been great. Because of the negative reviews below I decided to place my carry-out order in the restaurant. Marco took my order right away letting me know that if I ordered 2 medium supreme pizzas instead of one large, I would get more for less. He didnt even blink when I asked for extra sauce instead of the beef at no additional charge. As promised, my order was ready within 15 minutes. The wait was no problem--I expected that and brought a book. The customer service was excellent up to and including the offer of complimentary pepper and parmesan cheese. I wonder if the Pizza Hut website isnt to blame for giving customers unrealistic wait times.

Please DO NOT GO to this place! It is just horrible. They delayed my order much more than the time they mentioned. When I called back to inquire about my order status, the staff was very very rude and started yelling at me for no reason. They had got my phone number wrong, they delayed the service and they start yelling at me! Atleast I thought the food would be better, but no, the FOOD IS TERRIBLE. The buffalo wings I ordered were the worst Ive ever eaten. Trust me, I used to order from Pizza Hut every week at the location near my previous home. I thought I would try at my new neighborhood, but I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM HERE!

I made a delivery and confirmed my destiny twice with a "manager" and didnt receive my pizza Until 2 hours and 20 minutes. I was blamed for the wrong information that was received, also when I call them about my order she right away kept suggested I cancel my order?! Like thats fine I could eat Dominos instead. I love Pizza Hut but if they are going to hire a manager with a terrible attitude then it just tells me their service is the same. Ive never had this experience before but maybe its a sign for a change.

Poor poor service. Took forever to get our food. The phone rang a handful of time and no one answered even though they were standing right by it. The lady who rang us was constantly glaring and very unhelpful. Bathrooms a mess. While we ate everyone took a break and sat. Again no one answered the phone.out pizza was sad. Thin and barely any toppings. Even looked like a bite had been taken out of it. Wtf. Will not be returning. I love pizza Hut but this was a sad excuse. Smh.
