Pretty disappointed in the customer service I have received here, three times now. I normally go to the West Salem Jamba to take the kids for a treat. However, I work in Keizer so this one is close for lunch. I went in today and wasnt even greeted and when I was finally helped the gal didnt even say hello and frankly was a bit rude when I said hello. One positive was that my drink came out very quickly. I may just drive to a different one if this service continues.. (a couple of gals at my company have agreed with the poor customer service as well)

Really disappointed in this Jamba Juice. I hope this isnt a new standard for them across the country. Their "fresh squeezed" juices are watered down with a cup of ice and then blended to create a bunch of foam. So when they pour it in the cup, it looks full, but let it settle, and you have 1/3 cup of watered down juice. The bathroom was really dirty as well. The employees were pleasant (which is the reason for the two stars). Wont be returning, unfortunately.
