The restaurant is a little small and it only seats about 30 - 40 people. We went there on a Wednesday evening and the place was full with people coming in and out. The service was great and the staff were very friendly although there were only two of them working. We ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and the Sukiyaki Rice Bowl. Both dishes were very good. For dessert, we ordered the Honey toast with Vanilla and Black Sesame ice cream. It was so good ! You must try it if you eat here. The only thing I didnt like was their drink glasses. They serve their drinks in Mason jars but it was kind of small. I had to get like 5 refills before we left the restaurant. Luckily, the server was very attentive and she refilled my jar as soon as I ran out so I didnt have to ask.

Stopping by on our way back from Nor Cal. This tastes and feels just like nongshim instant noodles. I think this is the only noodle place in the area so you have no choice. The broth is decent though. For what I paid and could have made at home its a 1 star. If the prices were around $6 I would rate higher. Their margin should be very high though. After we ordered they either microwaved our pork or the beef, as I saw them pull it out of the microwave. They also charge 50 cents for spicy broth.

The ramen, at best, was okay. The broth itself was mediocore. Ive had lots of ramen in my life, but i had never felt like i was trying instant ramen before this place. The staff was fine. The vibe was okay. Im happy i had sake or i wouldnt have even finished it. However, the issue, in part, is that there are no real options for ramen in SCV. If you want good ramen, go to little tokyo in downtown LA. Youll be hard pressed not to find a good place there.

A hidden gem in the heart of Santa Clarita. I was driving with my daughter to Bakersfield and we were hungry and craving for Ramen. Our search yielded this Ramen Place. We love everything from the edamame to the fried tofu and of course the Tonkatsu Ramen. I asked for an extra noodles and extra broth and the waiter was a bit amused. He said I would rather be ordering a whole Ramen

If your use to very good Ramen joints on Sawtelle Blvd in west la like Tsujita then you will be very disappointed. The tonkatsu broth was very bland for being so fatty. Meat portions are small, noodles were ok. Overall it doesnt compare to other spots but in Santa Clarita its probably the best option

This is the "best" ramen joint in SCV. Such a shame its really weak. If you want good ramen in this valley, order it at Kabuki Restaurant. The tastiest ramen they have here is curry. But generally, their broth is really weak and the noodles arent better than Top Ramen you cook 3 minutes at home.

This place is great! The food is good and the service is friendly. Not only is it the only real ramen place in town but it also offers some creative takes on classic flavors. Their soup broths are flavorful and the noodles have good texture.

Id give this place 6 stars if it were possible. Fantastic ramen bowls, great and friendly service. Wow, great for groups of friends. Just overall awesome food and service, there is sometimes a wait if they are full but it is worth it!!!

Poor service, mediocre food. I had to go searching for a server after mine never came back and the ramen bowl missing the shrimp it was supposed to come with was met with a simple, "we are really busy" then they walked away.

Really enjoy their Chasu Rice. Its amazing. Their Ramen has not blown me away but is good. Now when I go there, I always get the Chasu Rice as its the star of the show.
