(Warning: Young adults from Central Florida in for vacation) While walking the Strip, I craved Ramen and was glad to find this CASUAL, LITTLE RESTAURANT… at first. I ordered the Tonkotsu. The noodles were bouncy and solid. But that and almost everything else in THIS SOUP WAS BORING, FLAVORLESS, AND NOT IN HARMONy (Pretty much I imagined canned chicken noodle soup with noodles thrown in).. The egg was completely boiled- NOT SOFT-BOILED AND SEASONED like normal ramen joints- so no extra flavor there. The CARROT CHUNKS AND CABBAGE WERE A BIT THICK; made me think of veggies in a bland Chicken Noodle soup instead. (Typical Ramen places don’t use those veggies). The broth was also on less-flavor side. At least the Pork slices were very soft. SOMEHOW THERE WAS ALWAYS A SMALL LINE WAITING TO GET SEATED. How?! Why? Well… at least the young ladies at the register were nice.

The last time I wrote a review it was three stars. This time around, its way better since the expansion. More seating and table with elbowing people just to find a table. Workers are nice showing genuine interest of your patronage. If youve Japanese craving with a shoestring budget, this joint could be your best bet. Pork katsu donburi had lots of toppings and came piping hot that nearly burnt my tongue. Karrage was just as good also hot and crispy. Batter is not that heavy so less oil being absorb. Good thing I gave them another chance or else Ill be spending more elsewhere and may not get quality like Ramen-Ya.

Fast service, even though seating is limited they are very quick to set a new table. Have been here 3 times within 5 days and each time the food was hot, fresh, and staff Was amazing. Any bad reviews youve read must of have been in a bad mood or had a personal day. Dont pass this place up, great pricing, location, and great tasting ramen and rice dishes make this a come back spot. I never rate a spot unless Ive been there several times to give a fair review unlike the one time visit reviews you normally read.

Good tasting noodles and broth.. I think its expensive for little bit of meat and half a egg thats been pre made. I perfer an whole egg thats runny, thats how you know they are cooking thing to make it ethnic. Id prefer eating pho over ramen in this joint.pho joints give you more for your buck! Didnt know they base their price for different favor broth but the same amount of meat.buying instant shin ramen and do it your self broth with other ingredients taste way better!

Came here because EVERYONE who we asked for somewhere to eat recommended this place. I got the Katanaya sushi burrito, my other friends got the Tokyo sushi burrito and the San Francisco sushi burrito. Only bad part was my friend Brittany got sick off of hers because of the spicy tuna. She said if was still delicious and just wouldnt recommend eating any with the tuna. We still come by but we just stay away from the tuna.

The food was way below average; I ordered a tonkotsu ramen, and it tasted more like instant microwave noodles than anything else; the broth was very plain and unauthentic, noodles were excessively soft and overcooked, the eggs were just literally plain hardboiled, chashu was 4 slices of fridge cold pork. If nothing else, service was good and staff was friendly.

Horrible ramen restaurant. I ordered yokozuna donkotsu ramen and size was large. But, after i saw it was so small size. I required to staff check it is correct and said yes. I ordered extra full noodle and it was large. Taste was so sucks. Never again. Do not visit here. I spent few years in japan and katanaya was the worst taste and quality in my life.

Id give this five stars, because the food is good and reasonably priced, but there was a small disappointment: I was looking forward to a perfectly cooked seasoned egg like ramen restaurants usually serve --not soft enough to be runny, but not hard enough to be dry and chalky-- but instead it was just an ordinary hard-boiled egg. Waaaaa!

I work in ballys and I used to love this place I would go for lunch almost every day but over the past few months has really gone down hill making the plates smaller and smaller and no outside food or drink and now your order has to be 10$ or more to use a card and for a local 10$ for lunch is crazy sorry but they lost me a customer

Amazingly SLOW service. We had to go ask to get our order taken. After we received our ramen after people that came in after us, it was a disappointment to say the least. Mushy noodles, over cooked egg, way over cooked pork Chashu, flavorless vegetables, need I go on? Skip this place.

Delicious!!!! The tonkostu (pork bone) broth was amazing and REAL ramen noodles were used (not instant noodles). The reason I didnt rate the restaurant 5 stars was because the was barely any meat (we ordered beef tonkostu each ) and the was barely any meat. Overall it was delicious

Their sushi burritos are pretty good and well priced. I liked the katanaya and my bf enjoyed the one with the eel. They could use a bit more meat in them, but they are nonetheless very filling. I tried a bite of the curry and it was pretty good.

Good Ramen! Competes with the other local ramen shops here in Las Vegas. Its a bit pricier since the location is at the Strip but thats understandable. They give alot of broth which is what I like. Nice little place in the middle of the Strip.

Cozy "hole in the wall" vibe with friendly service and great food. The ramen is incredibly savory, and the gyoza is almost addictive. If youre looking for a budget-friendly place for lunch and dinner, this is an excellent option.

Nice to have a good taste of Ramen. Not easy to find a Ramen restaurant in the Strip. Ramen is cheap. The only drawback is their tiny limited spaces, it is like we are in l sitting in Tokyo.

A nice stop on the Strip if youre in the mood for ramen or rice. Warm sake also hit the spot. The space is a little cramped, but we were able to seat five with not much trouble.

The workers there were extremely nice and the food there was excellent. I tried multiple dishes and they were all great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Have indulged my self here twice in this visit to sin city. For the price this place cannot be beat. Spicy misogyny with Yokozuna. Soon good. More than enough to share...

Not very good ramen. The broth and noodles were alright. Very few pieces of pork and the vegetable were battered in tempura which becomes soggy when added.
