I am so livid right now. the older lady took 10 mins to run my card, and thats is barely the worst part. worst part was when paying my bill, she went through some old receipts for the day. I dont know why. im waiting patiently for my card, and when she returned my card she said my card took awhile to go through. I said, ok, as long as you dont charge me twice its fine. she goes, yea, and goes through her receipt from the morning and said I came earlier. I said no I didnt, and said what does that have to do with anything? I then leave. several hours passed, I looke at my bank statement and sure enough I was charged twice for my meal. that wasnt even half of the problem. I had to go up and asked for water refills and check. horrible service but the food is delicious. the would hate for the restaurant to lose customers based off of service because the cooks does their job well. the service or lack there of has ruined my taste for ramen. I will no longer go there

The shop is in well kept order, the restrooms are clean and well decorated. The restaurant it self seems to be ran by a family, the cook (which seems to be the father) goes during the odd hours in between the lunch and dinner and buys fresh ingredients for the food ( I saw this first hand and it was interesting to see that it is all made by hand and not coming from packets). The waiter (which seems to be the mom) hosts and is very kind and actually warms up to you and is very motherly by, coming back every so often checking that we were okay and didnt need anything additional. The food was very generous, the House Ramen was what me and my friend had ordered. The broth tasted fresh and the noodles seemed to be store bought but were cooked to perfection and they absorbed most of the flavor of the broth. When I asked my friend how his soup was, he responded with is the best he has ever had. And now to this day, this is the best ramen shop I have ever visited.

While the interior offers close quarters dining, the Chef and wait staff make you feel at home. Their portions are generous and delightfully presented where the lines between staple food and works of art and presently blurred. Only the highest quality fresh ingredients are used. No matter what you order, the time and care in preparation and presentation are second to none. I love the Tonkatsu and the spicy chicken wings. I make it a point to eat here weekly as I am a proponent of keeping small businesses alive. You will not be disappointed and I am sure if you enjoy Japanese/Asian cuisine, you will be telling your friends about Ramen & More.

Ive always enjoyed Ramen & More (formerly known as Ramen & Rice, which I liked that name better). Ive loved ramen noodles all my life, and then I learned there were "Ramen Houses," and then 1 came to MY area! There are various broths, 3 degrees of spiciness and not spicy at all. They also have this Bulgogi Rice that brought me back to when Id had this amazing dish at the Enlisted Club in Korea and had thought Id never be able to enjoy again! Just be sure to double-check with the person waiting on you what a dish has because the menu may not mention every single thing.

I love trying out ramen at different places. The service was good. The Bulgugi Ramen have all the necessary ingredients. The egg was really good. The noodle is average. The main part is the broth which threw me off. Please have the chef taste the broth before serving. My bowl was salty. Not sure if I ever come back. They might be inconsistent only for that day, but it will throw off customers in the long run.

I come here quite often, as it is close to where I work. The waistaff are wonderful; very friendly and attentive. The food is good, albeit a bit inconsistent. Sometime it is out of this world, and other times it is just okay (tough chachu, less flavorful broth, etc.). Despite that, I still eat here at least once a week, and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Atmosphere was very local. Food was great for the prices listed on the menu. Ramen bowls were large and full of flavor. The & More section of menu isnt very large but high quality of options. Great place if there are diet restrictions (Vegetarian or Gluten Free). The service was fabulous. I cant wait to return.

Best place Ive ever been to for ramen, this ramen house never turns me down, I always settle for a Miso Ramen with a Gyosa substitute for chashu, you get what you pay for , quality and portion wise, these guys are bomb and I will never get tired of visiting, I come here at least once every two weeks.

I always get the tan tan men ramen, big size with extra chashu, egg, spinach, and bean sprouts! Two chilis for that spicy med. Spicy taste. Three chilis was straight fire. There is a spice level from 1 to 7. After if Im not too full of delicious ramen, I get a macaroon ice cream sandwich.

Ive been looking for a good ramen place in Sacramento since New Edokko (18th and Broadway) closed. This place is fantastic. Excellent, warm service, good atmosphere, and the ramen is faaaaantastic. I will definitely be letting my friends know that "crazy hot noodles" is back in town!

To Be honest, im asian myself, worst ramen ever, i mean theres nothing bad to it. The broth is so plain. The noodle is so plain. I was looking forward to the egg but even when it was in the broth it was still cold. $11 not worth it.

I had the rice dish with the cooked vegetables and a fried egg on top. With their sauce, it was very flavorful. My wife and daughter had the Ravens which needed salt...but overall very good. The restaurant staff was very friendly.

Had Tonkatsu ramen to go and was served with a smile. Ate it with a large Sapporo and I was completely satisfied. Rich broth and generous portion of ramen noodles with good pork! Will be eating here again.

Ramen was great, staff was friendly, and service was quick. Loses a star for a very foul smell that blasted us when we walked in. We are talking bathroom sewage smell.

Had the house ramen. Food was delicious. Lots of noodles and generous portions of pork. The broth was excellent with a nice spice to it. Service was great.
