Expect old school chinese tea lunch here with plenty of ladies floating around with trays of food at lunch time. Pretty busy on Saturday brunch times with a hustle and bustle. Its a little old in decor and one can see that many years ago this place was likely spick and span when it started but it hasnt really had a refresh for a long long time. Does have old school Kareoke upstairs from what I could see/hear so that must be a draw. Its a place for locals and this is exactly what they are used to it seems!

This place is usually pretty busy during the weekends for Dim Sum. Recently went for Fathers Day and enjoyed a huge amount of food. Really enjoyed the different variety of foods. Tried new things and avoided some of the usual fare, which I really enjoyed. If you go, get there early to put your name on the waiting list, as it could take some time to get a table. The food is delicious, so it is worth the wait.

Prices are very comparable to other dim sum, a bit pricey but you are paying for the ambiance. They have private rooms. They keep the place clean and the dimsum hot. There is a private parking for guest. Cannot complain!
