Dont rely on the online menu, I specifically picked Shuckers for the whole dungeness crab to find out they arent serving it at the moment. We came from an hour away just for it, so that was pretty disappointing. The other food didnt disappoint though, the Ahi Tuna and Scallops were perfectly cooked, wine was good, restaurant is cramped but the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Worth every penny, will definetly recommend.

Located inside of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, this is a traditional oyster bar with amazing seafood selections. The wine list and cocktail list wont disappoint-we had a bottle of Delille D2 which was fantastic (as always). This is a good place to bring friends and family from out of town--stop by the bar inside of the Fairmont for a drink first or as youre leaving to really enjoy the full experience.

Mostly empty on Tuesday night, this is just another hotel restaurant. Oysters were awesome, but arent they always? I mean, all one had to do is open them. Oyster Bisque soup is terrible. One word: dont. Two words: dont order. Three words: go to Blueacre. I did, yesterday, and today I miss that restaurant while sitting at this weird restaurant which looks more and more like a pub. I better leave soon.

A very good experience. This was my first time with oysters and they did a phenomenal job. I loved the smoked ones and Rockefellers. Excellent staff (friendly and fast). Also a very cool vibe as far as decor - mahogany walls and inset-seating. I am definitely going back to this place, and that is saying a lot as I can find fault with anything. :)

Recommended by friends, it was undoubtedly one of the best restaurants Ive visited so far. I took Paella with seafood and enjoyed a variety of delightful things like crab, shrimps, octopus etc , sipping a first-class wine. Creme brulee for the dessert was a highlight of the evening. Superb service made me feel very comfortable.

My husband and I booked this restaurant to celebrate an important birthday. When we got there we discovered that we had inadvertently booked the previous night. Despite the fact that the restaurant was busy, the manager could not have been kinder. He quickly found us a nice table and we had a celebration to remember.

“A winner” This is a very likable restaurant. Its small and a bit difficult to get a reservation, but its worth the effort. It feels a lot like home (or at least what you wish home was like), and the servers are super friendly and accommodating.
