Rude, uncouth headwaiter spoil the experience. If I can rate it with no stars at all, I would. We had paid and were still determining what tip to give when the head waiter snatched the black chargebook from infront of us. He flipped it open, saw that there was nothing in there and threw it back at our table. Appalled by his behavior, we left a less than normal tip to show our disgust. The rest of my party had left after me when he came back, and flipped the chargebook open again. He took the bills from the chargebook, gave out a angry sigh, and threw it at my direction and stalked away. I have never experienced such ungracious behavior in all of my life. You tip according to how satisfied you were at the service. You simply do not demand what is rightfully termed a gratuity. I will never patronize this restaurant ever again. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant even to my worse enemy. Mr. Headwaiter, you know who you are. At the lunch dimsum on Sunday, August 8, 2010, you were wearing a striped blue shirt with a tie. I am not even certain how you became the headwaiter but I do suggest you take lessons in tact and civility. You spoiled my familys dining experience at your establishment, and you have certainly lost our business forever. For all of you dimsum lovers in Seattle, I would suggest going to Jade Garden or OAsian. You wont get treated like refuse there.

Horrible customer service! Rude employee, I had to ask so many time for my utensil, and order when the waiter brought it out he slam it on the table and asked what else do you need with and attitude. I asked him what kind of service is this, he said you dont like it you can leave, I was so mad and left the place without taking the orders that I have not yet eaten. They also made me pay for the food I didnt finish. I will not be going back to this place

Its not easy finding good dimsum in this area, so finding this was a relief :) So far, "this" is the place for good dimsum in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Downtown Seattle has a few, but for quality and convenience, this is a winner. Spacious, great for groups. Great service - easy to ask, and if its not in the cart, extra effort to get what you were looking for! Now thats a burp! Same price for dimsum as all over, and yes, ample FREE parking.

The dimsum was ok, but there was only one tray going around a full restaurant. The service was slow and indifferent. We were never offered a chance to order anything to drink and had to waive someone down to order some noodles. We were told the wait would be 10 minutes. When is arrived it was overcooked and not good. The total for two people for a work day lunch was $26. Not impressed at all and will not go back.

If you are not Asian forget about eating here. I have been here 4 times. Every time I am treated bad. This time I went with 5 people. They sat us on a table away from everyone else even though there were tables open. The only gave us 3 waters and did not come by with the food for over 15 minutes. They served everyone else then would walk away. Stay away. Food is OK at best.

We enjoyed dim sum on Sunday at 1pm. The staff were kind to us and our limited knowledge. Food was delicious. They came around several times. We did have to request water, but they were very prompt and nice. It was more expensive than other places weve been ($42 for 2 people) for a comparable amount. Id recommend it to a friend and probably will try taking a friend there.

After reading the bad reviews I was hesitant to try it but I really wanted dim sum so I did anyways. The food was good, kind of pricey but it is what it is. And our waiter was very polite. Was not a bad experience at all, on the contrary it was pretty nice and laid back. I would probably go there again.

As a Cantonese, I can tell you this is the best dim sum you would want in Seattle. I recently moved from Missouri, extremely happy to find such a great place for dim sum. I also booked the dinner for the coming Chinese New year eve dinner with family

I and my friends hung out for dinner. They were so nice that giving a nice suggestion for us. I told the waiter/manager that I have allergy in some kind of food, he designed another dish for me. It made me very surprised.

This is hands down the best dim sum restaurant in Washington. They make everything fresh and without the use of MSG. They also serve traditional Chinese food dishes. The service is top tier as well!

I like that you can order Dim Sum all day... I work down the street at all weird hours and like that I can pop by late and grab a snack... their ginger scallion lobster is also pretty darn good...

They have great dim sum here. Today, we tried the chicken pie for the first time and it was so good. It had a very flaky crust.
