Went here thinking it was Vietnamese Chinese food because it is called "Saigon Seafood" but it is mostly just Chinese, no Vietnamese whatsoever. But, we were hungry and okay with it, and wanted to place our order... there was only one other table and the server took forever to come to us. My sister waved to others and they pointed to the one guy... and just stood around talking. After 20 minutes of waiting, we said, "F" this... lets go into the 99 Ranch. My son was sitting in the high chair way too long with out service and no food on its way. This place will not make it if the workers do not want to work. Service sucks, and we just walked out. Waste of our time, and will never good back. Glad to not go because may others wrote that the food is not that great.

A very confused restaurant. If youre coming here expecting a Vietnamese restaurant judging by their name, youre in for a surprise. Its actually a very rude with bland food Chinese restaurant. When asking for recommendations the waiter just says everything is good. When asking the waiter where is menu description of this photo in THEIR dinner menu, he points to the fine print that states not to use THEIR photos as a reference. So apparently, they use random photos in their menu and dont even serve the items. All plates were very small for family style. Food was bland. Service is probably the worst Ive ever received. Name of the restaurant is very misleading. Will not be back even if they paid me to eat here!

I went there the first week it is open. The big come-on from the banner says $2.50 dim sum dishes, but most of the dishes are really in the $3.50 and up, 2 from the circulating carts were $5. It was late, but some dishes are still circulating. The fried shrimp ball we tried from the cart was cold and greasy. It must have been out for a while. The atmosphere is not good. I still prefer Asian Pearl in the Mall for both food and atmosphere as far as dim sum goes.

Just visiting North Cal, found this amazing place for Chinese dim sum. Every dishes taste like Hong Kong. Must try there tofu fa....the smoothness Ive ever tasted. Thought that this is a Vietnamese restaurant by the name, but is a pure Hong Kong style bbq restaurant. If I stay longer, Ill definitely try there dinner menu. They do have a small parking lot. But the 99 Ranch Market is just across the street that you could park and walk over. I ll definitely go back.

Been craving Chinese food for awhile, finally came here on a casual Wednesday with a friend. Ordered three dishes between the two of us, and by the end we were so full that I felt like I was about to pop! Each dish was very flavorful and the portion are quite generous. I might also add that the seafood selection is also quite extensive. So if you are craving authentic Chinese food with a good seafood selection, look no further than this restaurant.

Excellent dim sum is served here. Service could be a little spotty but the food is well worth it. They have a cart service but you can also order from the regular menu as well as the dim sum menu. We tried over 10 dishes. My favorite was perhaps the steam salted egg yolk bun, which was very unexpected. Other favorite was scallops dumplings I want to go back for dinner with a big group to try their seafood dishes.

I will start by the positive. The service was good and prompt. The decor was simple and elegant, just my taste. However the food quality was not there. I started by the clam, which was good. Then the portobello fritter is just fried muchroom. Seriously, they just breaded and fried them. So it was absolutely nothing special.

3 stars for food and -2 stars for service. Keep your orders very, very, very simple or better yet just order from the Dim Sum cart. Some servers are unprofessional, sloppy and rude. If you are stuck with one of those, good luck having an enjoyable meal.

Very Nice Dim Sum, but at times the cart servers are a bit too pushy, and some of the dim sum was luke warm, not hot. Large dining room with a large parking lot. There is often a line as this is a very good value.

Only been here for dinner...Got the steamed crab and a mushroom side dish. Crab was pretty good, mushrooms were delish. Will be coming back to try the dim sum for lunch.

Food is good but the service sucks! You have to be aggressive to get a table and be serviced. The waiter that we ordered food looked overwhelmed. We will not come back!

We had a terrible experience with dim sum. Left after an hour hungry and without getting everything we ordered. (Carts are few and far in between at least for us.)

Great dim sum but seems like their prices have skyrocketed. Otherwise, pretty much par for the course for an upscale Asian seafood restaurant

The quality of dim-sum dishes here is supreme. Dinner is a bit on the pricey side and the quality for each dish is hit-or-miss.
