Have had good experience at this location. The staff might be a bit confused at times on who is doing what, however they usually quickly figure it out. They do have a drive thru that I have not used myself in a couple years, however it was fast when I did. They do have free WiFi and a nice inside seating. There is also outside seating when the weather permits (well you could sit there in the rain if you wish.) ,As far as Chick-Fil-A goes this is the same food as others. It is good if you like chicken. Suggest getting some Waffle Fries if you like potatoes. I love the Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce... make sure you ask for some packets.) A play area is inside as well.

First time I went today drove 11 mile to get there got a spicy deluxe w/ pepper jack , cost was $ 8.50 the sandwich was like a kid sandwich not very big The green stuff that was on it was maybe lett not sure took it off The waffle cut fries looked good but at the first bit ,no favoriting/ salt very very dull The only reason I give it 1 star was the ice tea , it was good Would I eat again at chick-a-fil NO WAY , too pricey for what your getting & just not for me Ill go to KFC for a $5.00 box that is a meal Sorry for the posting but its all on you

Sad to say by far the worst chick filet location Ive been two, been there twice, first time was bad, figured to give them a 2nd Chance, everyone has a bad day now and then, poor customer service, poorly prepared not so fresh food, totally outside the standard of service and experience I have received at all other chick filet, all! First time ever writing a negative review, corporate should speak to their franchisee! Very lucky thats a busy area and location or likely wouldnt stay in business there....thumbs down! Boo!

Bruh, I love this place, very supportive and a overall great atmosphere. The employees are outstanding, specifically David, Nate, Kale, Jesse, Erron, Aaron, Nora, Imana, Nathan, Mustafa, Mayra, Marissa, Theresa, Dominique, Raquelle. The water slide here is outstanding, I suggest you bring a wet suit, the deep end is deep. All in all, its the best place for all of my chicken needs. I LOVE how there chicken is now antibiotic and growth hormone free. Simply put, super cali fragilistic expialidocious!!

Id never been to a Chic-fil-A before last month. It was my birthday so I had the choice of anywhere in Sacramento. Just to try someting new, I took 10 of my friends to Chic-fil-a. The staff was great, the food was better than most fast food. The best part was when the manager found out it was my birthday he offered everyone in my party a free dessert (any dessert on the menu). This made the experience AWESOME. Thanks manager dude - Chick-Fil-A for life (except Sunday - they are closed).

I honestly think they should incorporate the kid area idea into all of the kid friendly restaurants. There is only one way to get in and out and there is no food or drink allowed in the area. It is kept clean and you can sit directly in front of the play area to watch your kids. Definitely a popular place and believe me they care about the customer. If they see the line getting backed up they will open up another register if possible. Healthy options and absolutely delicious.

I came for breakfast at 10am and they stopped serving breakfast already. Then I couldnt get a straight answer about whether or not we could still order breakfast, and we werent the only ones as the people who came in after us were looking for breakfast, as well. Least helpful service Ive ever had at one of these. We went really out of our way to stop here on our trip since we dont have these where we live and kinda wish we hadnt.

Worst cashier ever! Lois was rude and easily distracted. Food was not up to the standards of other chick-fil-as. If not for the large selection of sauces, i could get the same kind of sandwich anywhere else for less. This one wont even let yoi pick your own sauces and then will only give you one of each flavor, and no toothpicks, really! Recommed avoiding this one, Roseville has better food and service.

Love this place. Awesome sweet tea, fantastic play area, but they recently changed the menu. They happened to get rid of the spicy chicken sandwich which was my absolute favorite, and the regular chicken sandwich just doesnt quite have the same effect. Also, the waffle fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce is probably my favorite fast food fry/dip combo.

you van ever get is from the lady Malysa who works there. Tonight was the first time my boyfriend & I ate here and her service & knowledge of the menu was so great were sure to come back. Everyone else, of course, was friendly as well. The chicken? Juicy, flavorful, and complemented greatly by the variety of sauces. Goodbye, KFC.

If you love chicken,this is the place for you.The food isnt greasy,its fresh cooked.Kid friendly too.Great for a pick me up,hits the spot.I suggest you get the original sauce,the chick-fil-a sauce,its perfect.Goes great with the waffle fries,those are amazing.Everyone loves the spicy chicken sandwich,and so do I.10/10

Usually the food here is pretty good. Once they gave me a free card for having to wait A long time for an order. Unfortunately the last time I went I ordered a chicken and egg bagel but it came with an unexpected long red curly hair. Im still trying to work up the mustard to go back and eat here again.

The chicken sandwiches, as the case with most every chick fil a Ive ever been in, are amazing, not greasy. The staff is super friendly and polite, not just their to rush you in and out. I wish they would up a chick fil a in Seattle, I would do the marketing for them free of charge!

Fast and friendly as always. When I was looking for my preferred sauce, the honey roasted bbq, the manager materialized out of no where and took great care of me. The bathrooms were very clean and well tended, the staff well trained and polite, and the food was hot and fabulous!

I must say... this location is so clean, employees so nice and helpful as well as HOT FRESH FOOD! The Chicken tenders arent the best, but the nuggets are! Overall my experience here has been awesome; I love when I can get a hot meal no matter the taste.

Friendly, outgoing service always. Servers and table attendants are super pleasant and helpful. Location is extremely clean and well maintained. Your food is delivered to your table before you can even sit down. Excellent experience on each visit.
