My wife and I went in dinner at the Livermore popeyes.I ordered a three piece chicken combo and she ordered that new "magnolia chicken" to go. When the ,( what looked like to be the manager), served us I asked for some barb-b-q sauce. She gave me one small packet of sauce, then I asked for the "spicy orange sauce" that is supposed to go with my wifes order. She said: I already gave you a barb-b-q sauce, I said that was for my order, my wife wants the spicy orange sauce for her dinner. She threw in two packets of sauce, then walked away without saying a word. When we got home, the sauce turned out to be regular hot sauce, not the orange sauce, and my meal had one wing, one tiny drum stick and one half thigh, half back piece. About three tablespoons of meat. The whole reason my wife ordered the magnolia chicken was to try that new spicy orange sauce. We are never going back. Wouldnt recomened wasting your money there.

Worst fast food stop Ive ever had!!! Manager at the window told me 3 min. and to pull forward and wait. I foolishly waited 15 min. when I finally went in to see what was taking so long they said they were still waiting for the chicken. What to hatch!? There were 6 girls and no lines at all. That should tell you something. The owner of this franchise obviously does not care about his business. Worst part when I asked for my money back the employees laughed at me and started making fun of me in spanish. This confused me because they are the the ones not doing their job. They did not care that I wanted my money back. I was not rude to them or angry but I can promise that I will never eat at a Popeyes chicken again...

I love Popeyes Chicken but not this location. Tried to order at the drive-thru twice in the past two weeks. On the first occasion, no one ever responded to take my order. On the second occasion I found it impossible to communicate a simple three-piece order with an extra side dish. After several minutes of trying to make the order I gave up and left. Yes,....I could have persisted more in both situations...but I do not believe it should be so hard to order fast-food chicken....I hope your experience is better, but judging by the other ratings that I see for this place....another location would be a better option...

Horrible experience! We were so hungry we craved for popeyes chicken. It was 8:50 pm & they were closed, we went to the drive thru and asked for 11pcs. They said there was a 15 minute wait so we just o ted for the tenders. We were asked spicy or mild & what sauce we wanted mild and we said sweet n sour. We wete on the freeway already when we started eating we dipped the chicken in the sauce and in unison we were all aaggghh!!!! I called yhe store and she said it was mild I told her if it was mild why was it reddish and why did we get SWEET N HEAT instead of sweet n sour? She said it was the only one they had! , duh!!!

The person taking my order barely spoke English, which made the ordering process difficult. Order was messed up which I credit it to the language barrier. Luckily the guy cleaning the bathroom at the time could help me out, which while they were speaking spanish in front of me they were talking a load of crap about me, but unbeknownst to them I also speak spanish, which at the end of their rant I began mine. Horrible establishment which lack core values and any type of leadership. No one claimed to be a manager, knew where he or she was, or if there was one.

Dont go here complete garbage. Food sucks staff are stupid. Had to repeat my order 5 tumes before she could get it correct even then my order was messed up. The shift manager is terrible has no reason to be in the position. They seem to not understand right people in right position as they have a girl that was the cook at the register and she should not be. How this location is still in business i have no idea but it needs to be closed down so that a better restaurant can be put in its place that or fire everyone and hire better people.

CHECK YOUR ORDER! I keep telling myself NEVER go back there, but theyre convenient and I keep making the mistake. EVERY TIME Ive been theyve messed up my order and left something out. I ordered a family mean with two sides... and they left off BOTH sides... Theyre HORRIBLE... and theres never any management you can recognize... Maybe one of the idiots working there is a "manager", but they certainly dont act managerial! Anyway... BE WARNED! This is the worst fast food play in the Livermore/Dublin/Pleasanton/Tracy area...

Eating here is a real hit and miss situation. The food is pretty good, especially the sides, and the waits vary from short to slightly longer than average. The biggest variables come in the service. When the place isnt busy, you an expect okay service inside. Other times you can expect friendly, fluent staff, but other times you get apathetic staff with poor English. Dont bother with the drive thru, only twice Ive gone through it I couldnt understand the staff at all either time.

I only go here for the Tue specials & the workers are always rude & snappy that day. Sometimes they say I have to wait 20min for my order which begs the question why dont they prepare more for Tuesdays then? One of the ladies always tries to finish my sentence to rush me through by saying "thats it?" which I guess is her way of asking "would you like to add anything else to your order?" if it wasnt for the darn good Cajun sparkliness of the chicken I would never come back.

This place sucks people said on the reviews that they always run out of stuff .I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER again will I go there. Its horrible when you have a craving for something and they run out. Get it together Livermore your giving popes a bad name. I really like the food.

The larger manager lets the other workers off when a customer asked for mild. She told the counter person to just tell him its what he gets. They also closed the doors at 9 instead of 10 and didnt let us finish our food before telling us to leave. I will no go back there as long as they all work there.

Four stars is for the food. Two stars for staff and cleanliness. Staff is rude, unhappy, unpersonable all equaling horrible customer service. Maybe they need to hire more staff so they wont be so unhappy and the seating area would be more clean. At least the kitchen looks clean and orderly.

Theres a reason this is the only surviving chain in New Orleans. Because for fast food its damn good and genuine Louisiana. This particular location your service is gonna vary by how hungover and/or high your worker is, but they got our order right so Ill give them my approval.

I love their spicy chicken, either 3 piece combo or strips works for me. Restaurant was clean and new, and the service was very friendly every time Ive been there. Its exactly what youd expect at a good fast food restaurant.
