Female employee who answered the intercom had a real bad attitude and told us they only 16 pieces of chicken per vehicle no more then that and we are not allowed to substitute any sides on a $20 bucket....we asked about soda and asked for hot sauce ......none was given or advise to have some ......we left and as we returned my wife was driving a female answered the intercom again and my wife started ordering ...once ordering a a black male took over her order and began to flirt with my wife and we were able to order a $20 dollar bucket with multiple sides ......approached the window for payment and the female with the attitude gave us the silent treatment.....worst service ever wouldnt recommend this spot to eat at

Thats the last time i go to kfc... Ordered the same thing i always do when i go there for the last 10 years.. Plan snackers/chicken littles with the strips dipped in bbq sauce. Simple nothing crazy. There gonna tell me thee never done it or been allowed to. So I talk to the manger. She said we can dip strips by them selves but not for the sandwich.. What the f is the difference.. So I ask for corporate number she says I dont have that to give to you you have to Google it. I say no its your job to supply to the customer, and she decline I told her she was gonna get it and she straight up tossed my food at me and said im not welcome anymore over some fn BBQ sauce.

Im giving one star only because I have to! This is the second time we have gotten the $20 fill up and the chicken is dry as heck! First time we let it go this time I tried calling them I called 5 times with no answer from anyone. I swear they gave us all the tiny pieces of old meat! The outside was tough like jerky! The customer service was horrible Im affraid if I go back our food will be spit in. Lesson learned never going back to this location again unless they make things rite and get new staff or teach there staff the rite way to treat a customer and to have proper food times. Cause our meat was to tough to be in the fresh time zone.

This never a good experience. Long wait for your meal. Unkempt dining room. Not clean and inviting. This KFC is partnered with A&W. Please tell me Why they are forever out of A&W root beer. Maddening

Extremely long wait, they make you wait on the side even when theres only 3 people in line. They didnt have rootbeer at an a&w... They didnt have certain cheeses either. Just dont come here...
