Wonderful experience. Stopped to get some quick bites on the way to Monterey and this place really hit the spot. The first was awesome. Everything treated fresh and higher quality. Service was also great, from everyone having a smile to the toilet paper being hung for more privacy on an ill constructed bathroom stall joint. Loved it. Will look to stop at El Pollo Locos more often on road trips.

Its the second time I buy a chicken salad here and it BARELY has any chicken. The salad is good but whats the point of having a chicken salad if it only has a few little pieces of chicken. I dont know how to upload a picture on here otherwise I would. I didnt go back inside because I was so irritated and didnt want to be rude but never again will I stop here.

Its a chain restaurant, so you know what youre getting. This particular location is one of the better ones; the service is fast, and the food fresh.
