WORST IHOP EVER. Currently still here and i couldnt wait to review this horrible place. For one, we bit into our mozzarella sticks and they were cold, cheese wasnt even melted. Two, I found a bug floating in my lemonade. Three, we had to ask for refills two times. Four, we Asked for ketchup and had to get up and get our own. Five, we Asked for caramel custard for my pancakes and she just gave me regular caramel. Our pancakes were burned, our bacon was nothing but fat. We finally Went up to the front desk to pay and the manager asked us how we were, we said bad and made our complaints and he was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He said "what can I do for you" all rude. And "if you want free food then go" All we wanted was good service NOT FREE FOOD. Ive never had any problems at any IHOP except this one.

The worst food and service of any IHOP Ive ever been to. I never got a refill on my hot cocoa or my water. My creme cheese crepe was exactly that. No other flavors except for some canned peaches and peach juice on top. Honestly a little gag worthy. The hashbrowns were too thick and cooked on too high a flame, so that the outside was a little burnt while the inside was still raw potato. The scrambled dry eggs tasted like the thin bits of caked on egg in the skillet after youve made proper scrambled eggs. My wifes chocolate pancakes had way too much flour in the batter, to the point where the taste of flour far outweighed any cocoa in there. We didnt actually finish anything just because it tasted so bad, and ended up leaving hungry, and out $30 for a terrible experience.

Ivan and susie are the worst!! They let me wait 30 minutes for my food to go. I saw when my food came out and I asked them to see if my order was ready. First, Ivan ignored me and then sussie said she was going to check and never did. 10 mnts later a couple ordered to go and the manager took care of their order in less than 10 mnts. I asked this racist manager about my order and all he said was "I dont know who did your order, I work in their (the couple) order because I took their order" My food was cold and I was already so frustrated to ask for a new order. (BTW I didnt get my order right) I also think they ignored my order because I look like a teenager Im Latina and I was by myself anyways never going there!!!!

The service was on point. Food was cooked exactly as I and my guest requested it. Also, we were checked on by different servers and managers to make sure everything was going well. I got the Smokehouse Combo which I always get. The hashbrowns were crispy, the links were thoroughly cooked, and the eggs (over-medium) broke open as soon as I put them on the hashbrowns, exactly as I like them. I rate it a 4/5 stars because I would go back. Only down side is the location. Its not easy to get a parking spot if its busy and being on University Ave. theres a chance of homeless people walking in to use the restroom and walking by your table.

As usual, IHOP provides great service and food, however this paticular IHOP I have been to on multiple occassions has always smelt of sewer gases. At first I thought it was a single phenomenon but since Ive experienced it multiple times, this will be our last visit to this IHOP. Also worth noting though this building has not been maintained. Theres multiple leaks where they set trashcans in place when it rains. The roof is rotted and appears to be falling down which causes concern because if theyre not maintaining the building, I question whether theyre maintaining the equipment used for preparing food.

This was during the off time, hardly anyone is in the resraurant so being busy is not an excuse. Food was derived and we had to ask for silverware. The food showed up but without the pancakes, we had to ask the waitress for them. She had no idea she hadnt delivered them. They werent even cooked yet. The worst this is that the waitress dropped silverware on the floor AND THEN PUT THEM BACK. The manager spent most of his time talking to friends at one of the tables. I will never be back to this location.

Fountain drinks were flat, womens bathroom was gross and unkept. Looks like this place needs some major remodel work. For only three parties in the restaurant, it took longer than expected to get our pancakes... Wont be going to IHOP anytime soon.

Customer service is horrible! Only one waitress and she was very rude no one in the buy about 3 booths and had us waiting for about 30 min to be seated. If they had a negative option I would do -5 stars never eating here again!

Fast seating. Although it was early in the evening. Fast ordering, food came before finished my first cup of coffee. Food was as ordered. To be honest we have been coming here for 4 years and it has greatly improved
