Normally I would give them a 5 star rating, but tonight wasnt their best! Our waitress was extremely apologetic, & polite, but still, had to send both our main dishes back! Both of our steaks, & sides were served cold?? When she brought them back, reheated everything was delicious! With the hour of our visit, Im thinking is the main reason, for all the issues, 10 pm, even though, there was number of other customers?? Not sure why our waitress seemed out of sorts, too large of a section, over worked, under staffed? Like I said, normally they rock here, but no body is perfect! Even Clayton Kershaw has a bad game??

My husband and I went last week. I ordered filet and lobster. Filet was very small, lobster tail was missing the lobster. One bite in the whole lobster, I was so disappointed. My husband ordered prime rib which didnt come the same time as mine. The guy who brought my dinner asked my husband if he ordered a dinner. His finally came 10 mins later. We waited a good ten mins to order. I did not get my garlic topping I pd extra for and we asked for horseradish both took for ever. Outback in Glendora was better.

Long wait on a slow night. Slow service. We just got our soup and they brought our dinner. The onion soup was good but the filet was thin, the shrimp dry and unflavorful, the baked potato weak. We were there because we had a gift card. Will never go there again. If you want a good local steak at the same price, go to Spunky Steer in Chino, or if you dont mind spending a little more, get some real steak value and go to North Woods Inn in Covina. Dont waste your time or money on this place or chain. JMO

The service was great but when we got our food it wasnt so great. The way our food was cooked didnt turn out right. When we had the steak returned cause it was over cooked they undercooked or barley cooked it at all. The meat was very very rare like it was put on the burner for 2 seconds and served. The steak was still glossy like the teriyaki was just glassed on it. I dont recommend going to this Outback until they get a better cook, might be a few more years till we visit this place again.

Didnt have our reservation on file..set 4 days in advance. It was our anniversary! First in parking lot at opening, we let people in before us thinking we wouldnt have to wait. Even knowing they screwed up, we were seated last. Food was tepid and couldnt taste the alcohol in our drinks (was gonna order a couple but not these!) We just moved here and had never been into this particular Outback. .. not sure if issues are specific to this location but quality and portion size was poor.

Food was the only good thing, service was very slow 10 minutes after we were seated was first time we got attention from server. Asked for a clean fork because the one that was wrapped in napkin was dirty. Had to ask a second time when salads arrived. Last time we saw our server untill we asked for check. Was told to use kios on table. What happened to the wonderful service we always used to get from this Outback, I guess is was Outback.

Had a party of 20+ last night to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, I couldnt have asked for a better restaurant experience. The two waitresses in charge were beyond awesome, they were on top of everything including our kids which made things easier and enjoyable for us! The food was delicious , drinks were awesome and the staff gave us such a great time that we will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you Outback Steakhouse!

Nothing too great, but not bad. I came with a group of 6 on a Tuesday night. We were seated right away. Server was friendly and nice, but didnt give us too much attention. No complaints about the food, except it all cost a bit more than it should have. Store-bought salmon tastes better than their salmon and is cheaper, so not worth the money on that one. Everything just tasted so-so. Best thing was the coconut shrimp.

I had eat there for the first and it was the worst experience. the service was horrible. the guy who was serving us was rude. and careless. the food was gross and had no flavor. and as we were walking out we saw two workers carrieing a rat out of the restaurant. I think that was just completely unacceptable. I even saw family and kids eating in there. do not take your family there!

I ordered the NYstrip dinner, taz bites and Seared Ahi to go. When I got home I took out the food and was excited cause I was hungry. I looked for eating utensils in my he bag......none were there. Well I got some of my own and the Ahi was good but PLEASE he Steak was burnt and tough.Very poor quality and inedible. Will not be going back.

Service was terrible, from front desk hostess to server. No personality. No one gave us silverware, once she brought soup and salad, it took a good 5 minutes to have them bring it. Within a minute of getting silverware, they brought dinner. Anytime you asked for something, took close to 5 minutes. Good was good, just horrible management.

This place was fantastic. The atmosphere is cool. The whole place is themed out. Even the bathroom entrance is Instagram ready. The food was just as good as the vibe. Fried tomatoes - kind of weird but so good and a little spicy. Brussels sprouts - killer! Streak - perfect.

Ive been coming here for years. Ive visited a couple Outback Restaurants. I must say Upland, Outback is the best. Food is always good, not only is my salad fresh and my beer cold but my steak is always on point! And all the servers are awesome, Raul is my favorite!

Outback brings a piece of Australia to Upland. The steaks are cooked perfectly and are amazing. The blooming onion appetizer is to die for, and the cheesecake wraps everything up nicely. Quality food. My only gripe is how expensive it is there.

Its tasty and fast. Quality has gone down, but its still yummy. You can call ahead and put your name on the seating list prior to getting there to avoid any long waits. Try the wings. Best wings ever.

Not sure why people still go here to eat. The food is overpriced. Shrimp portions are tiny and the shrimp are so small and tasteless. Service was great but that doesnt make up for bad food.

As usual the atmosphere was as designed and for me continues to impress. Food is good and the same as all other locations but the plus is that their beer is served very cold and fresh.
