We came here after my friends small wedding of 30 and it was the worst experience. We know they do not take reservations so we knew with a large party there would be a wait. They said it would be 2 hrs and that was fine we all waited in the bar and well 2 hrs came and went and everyone started to get a little irritated. So when we talk to the Hostess manger she tells us there is a large party on the patio that just paid their check and they are just waiting for them to leave, so ok, we wait some more. The new groom finally goes out and ask the people vey nicely if they were going to be done soon, the man reply that he and his party are pissed because they have been waiting for their check for 30 mins. When we ask the management about why they lied they became so rude and disrespectful! I can not believe the manger and he hostess manger( who was also completely rude and even began agrueing with the bride) even still work there. This was my first and only time at this place we will never go back! We left and went to a different restaurant and were accomadated right away and finally got to enjoy the rest of our night.

Tonight my husband and I dined at the Cheesecake Factory on Tyler. We chose to sit and eat at the bar because the wait was shorter given the 1/2 off cheesecake sale and how packed the restaurant was. The food was great and of good quality. We were full from our entrees and decided to get our Cheesecake to go(Oreo & Dutch Apple), the bartender confirmed twice what kind we wanted given the level of noise. We live 45 minutes away from this restaurant(Menifee) and to our surprise when we got home we had a Smores and what looked like German chocolate flavored cheesecake(btw I hate German chocolate cake, so I definitely wasnt eating that!) I called the restaurant immediately and spoke with the Manager Joe who was very courteous, professional, & had excellent customer service; he immediately apologized for the mistake and offered a customer friendly solution. I gave this review 4/5 for the minor mishap, but overall Joe was great and so was the food!

Went to this location for my Girlfriends graduation dinner. The waiter we had was pushy and took us very literally when we said we wanted to wait five minutes after getting our appetizers to order our main courses. He was rude and would constantly interrupt our conversations to check in on how we were doing. My girlfriends cousin who was with us had her order delivered extremely late after the rest of the party and it wasnt even correct. She complained and got a manager to replace the meal. The second meal that she received was technically correct only it contained a large hair and the noodles were still clumped together. The manager did take off that meal from the bill but when we asked to speak to him the waiter rolled his eyes as he went to get him. Do not expect decent service at this restaurant.

The food tasted good, but both of my husband and my dish was loaded, no it was swimming, in olive oil. My dish , eggplant parmesan, was warm when I ate the first eggplant patty, but by the time i was going to eat the second one and the pasta it was too cold. They took it away and re warmed it, but Terry put more olive oil, so much that I couldnt eat it. My husbands dish, cauliflower steak with couscous tasted good, but it was swimming in olive oil. The appetizer spinach and artichoke dip was good. The cheesecake with strawberries was good but had too much whip cream. The waitress was friendly and provided us with good service. I feel like for the money I spent that I didnt get a good meal. I wish they refund my money back

We typically come here for large family get togethers, like 10-15 people parties. We typically have at wait for sometime before a table is ready, but that is understandable. The potential issue is that we still have only one waiter. This leads for at least one or two people to get their plates very late compared to the other members of the party. While we know that with such a large menu, like 9+ pages like Cheesecake does, the food is not fresh and cooked to order. Im sure there are numerous microwaves in the kitchen area. The desserts are good and are meant to be shared. Overall, coming here makes the family functions not so bad.

Our waitress, Alicia A. was great! We were a little overwhelmed by the extent of the menu so she made some suggestions. I had the Chicken Madeira which was amazing and my husband had the Pasta Carbonate with Chicken. We sat out on the patio and other than the flying beetles lol it was perfect! I tried the Cucumber Lemonade and was really surprised at how cool and refreshing it was. I had never eaten at the Cheesecake Factory and was so happy we went there. Alicia was terrific, attentive, friendly, helpfully and just perfect! It was a perfect dinner date.

Food was not that great, service sucked, and when I asked them to get boxes they box my food for me and some food went missing. So people in the back eat your food. Also when I called management they said they would investigate and never called me back. This place sucks. Edited: Reason service sucked was the girl working apparently was done with her shift or going to break and instead of doing her job just didnt get drinks, bread, or anything so whoever covered her just showed up 20 mins later while we waited for all of said things which we had to reorder.

Its always good at the Cheesecake Factory! I have had some fun times at this one! When they first opened it was very busy, and our waiter was trying to please, however our meals got to the table first before the appetizers, so, we got things to go, when I got home and opened the take home bag, our waiter had left the food on the small plates! Then put them in plastic containers! Another time waiters were rushing by my table and a whole plate of food fell from the waiter to the empty spot on the bench I was sitting at! Only got a little on me! Fun times!

Came here with all the guys last night. We were a difficult crowd but the staff and our waitress took it all in stride and treated us pretty good. The food here is always great. I ordered the Thai pasta dish and it was exceptionally good tasting. I grew up on Cheesecake Factory when I lived in Marina Del Rey, where one of the one of these was located. The food has changed since then but its still really good.

We really enjoyed the food at your restaurant today. The server was very nice but we do not appreciate being called Sweetie and so on. We were 5 ladies and when we left, we all felt the same way about being called this way. Please stop and tell your waiters not call us Sweetie, etc. Table 34 around 12:00 to 2 PM.. maybe the servwer was called ALDO?? this is not Hollis but his grandmother!

The service is bad and the meal I ordered did not match what was outlined on the menu. When I mentioned it to the server (maxamilla?) Rather than getting the menu to check,he stated, "I dont think it has onions I have been working here a while and I dont remember that." So I ate the cold Steak Diane plate without the grilled onions it was supposed to come with. Cheesecake is yummy though.
