Turned away on Christmas Eve. As we pulled into the drive through at 2:45 this afternoon, an elderly lady pulled up as well. Being raised correctly, I motioned for her to please go first. It took her at least 5 minutes to order due to a communication barrier caused by the high traffic area and crackly speaker sound. We patiently waited and took time to enjoy a few Facebook postings and last minute holiday emails. As she completed her order and drove forward, we pulled up to the speaker to only hear in a quick dismissive voice, “Our apologies, we are now closed.” At first we thought it was holiday humor; but when I said, “I’m sorry?” to ensure I didn’t sound rude, the speaker was silent. Not even the common courtesy to repeat the rejection. Shame on you Apollo Burger. Good thing American Burger was open and friendly. They have won our service from here on out.

If you have an extra 25 minutes to wait in a drive through then please come and sit in this line, we were told that the wait was going to be about 10 minutes after we ordered our food and called in. Didnt have the common courtesy to tell is it would be a wait. First cars ordered chicken which took 10 minutes to cook, they wouldnt ask them to move up and let everyone else go, they were insistant that, "People dont like to do that." Terrible service, never going again.

love this place, everyone is so nice and they have an amazing garden burger. Came here for breakfast it was ok, there was a ton of food, but things were cooked just ok and I am sorry but if you are taking orders, smile maybe, and if I say I dont want toast ,staring at me like I am stupid and telling me it comes with it, doesnt make me want it anymore than I did before

No longer offer the kids hamburger meal... I used to pay $4.50 out the door, now you have to order the kids cheeseburger meal. What if I dont want cheese? If you choose to add cheese they upcharge you, but if you dont want it, they still charge you. I want options. its not that hard. Im done here.

This place used to be good like a year ago or so, but lately they get the food order incorrect or the food is cold. The price is here are very high comparable to any other burger place. I would not recommend this place, I would look around and check other places first.

Im usually not one for burger joint but this place is great! I had their classic Apollo burger and its something everyone should try. The employees were very nice and helpful and the fries were good too. My only problem was that they were all out of tea.

Im mostly disappointed due to it being different from the apollo burger in my home town. Food was not as good and the specialty burgers were not on the menu.
