Likely one of the most busiest lunch hours of the week yet this management continuously fails to orientate its operation with the intent of customer satisfaction. To include the bartender, this restaurant had a total of two servers and the sour puss manager who lacks a pleasant attitude and a hospitable disposition. A third server did arrived shortly before we departed. Needless to say and consistent with my last visit, the service was horrible, scarce, and receiving items ordered unreasonably delayed and at room temperature. In addition, half of the restaurant was cordoned off which happened to be the only area of the restaurant that was not blearing overly loud music. The manger did little to nothing to assist the servers and never greeted nor assisted us or anyone else who made the mistake of visiting this restaurant. It is obvious that this franchisee is in the infancy of failure and in such seems determined to develop formally loyal Hooters customers as myself. I did have an occasion once to visit the franchisees Fresno restaurant but never choose to again. It appeared that most, if not all, of those servers were recruited from the local probation department as an alternative to incarceration. I was recently in Honolulu and choose to pass that franchisees restaurant considering my experience with the other franchisees restaurants. Make no mistake about it, having traveled and worked in numerous locations domestically and in 11 foreign counties, I generally made it a point to visit the local Hooters restaurant. Now that has changed and I am looking forward to a Hooters competitor entering the Sacramento area marketplace which will significantly and negatively impact Hooters business for the reasons mentioned. This franchisees only obvious successful strategy is apparently to diminish the allure of visiting a Hooters restaurant and trust me it is working.

I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. I stopped by during my lunch and the service was very slow and unattentive. We were seated and the waitress took our drink order, along with an appetizer request. It took a while for us to get our drinks, which was only a water and iced tea. When the waitress came back we placed our order immediately to avoid wasting anymore time on waiting for her to come by again. The place was pretty empty, so I was surprised that the service was so slow. The waitress wrote down our order and even asked us some questions on how we wanted our food, then about 20 minutes later we received our order which was completely wrong. I use to like going to Hooters but after two bad service experiences I will never go back. Twin Peaks is my new sports hangout restaurant.

Went there for Saturday lunch. The place was severely understaffed. It took 10 minutes to get seated, another 20 minutes to get our order, and close to an hour to get our food. Other people left because of the wait. They werent too busy but only 2 waitresses were working and one just stood there talking to the cooks most of the time. When we got our food it was cold. They also got our order wrong and bill incorrect. Will not go there again.

Its always hard to have just one beer. Happy hour is pretty good on beer and appetizers. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. There are bad reviews on here are probably the result of the patrons being douche bags. Just sayin... I have seen and heard the guests many times and sympathize with the staff having to deal with you. If you expect a gourmet meal why are you going to a beer, breasts, and wings joint?

Horrible 4 dinners brought out 1 at a time in 10min intervals every thing was cold and the place was empty management noticed we were unhappy and took 15 off the bill and it was still overpriced but we did get a hot waitress...all the good reviews are from college guys who cant talk to women and think they have a shot with waitresses..... but manager was cool and our server was cool

Terrible service. The waitress spent all her time flirting with what appeared to be regular customers instead of checking to see if we needed more drinks or food. We would have ended up ordering several more rounds of drinks and more appetizers if she had just bothered to check on us occasionally. We ended up going somewhere else and spending most of our money there.

I had a great time! I was seated immediately, wait time was only fifteen minutes for food, the food was excellent, and the wait staff was too notch! I would be here every night if I could! Lizagna had such a great smile! Emilia and the rest of the girls were awesome too! If you havent stopped by you are missing out on a most excellent experience!

We used to come here a lot, until the other evening when the girl working completely ruined our experience. Krystal was supposed to be waiting on us instead she ignored us, had a bad attitude and was unfriendly. Krystal was arrogant, unpleasant, and flat out unprofessional. Very dissatisfied, Ill be spending my money and time elsewhere.

It was pretty empty. The one server seemed a Lil irritated. She was dry an half naked. Her hair keep getting in stuff EVERY time she bent over the table. Half ass service but I wont send this till im done here due my mom NOT wanting anything EXTRA done to her meal!!! She needed some damn lotion. Other than that it was pretty quiet!

Not happy. Its way overpriced and then you have to Pay extra for the stuff that should come with your meal. Like a sandwich? U want fries with that? Its extra. Ranch with your wings? Extra. Also after spending all that I still am not full. Next time, Ill stay home and make it myself

Very disappointed. Ordered a 10 pc wing and basically got chicken nuggets with hot sauce on them. My daughters chicken strip meal had twice as much chicken and it came with fries, so literally 3 times as much food. Will go to buffalo wild wings in the future.

A bit expensive, and at times the service leaves much to be desired. But, they are hiring, and the girls try really hard to make sure youre ok, but, you get much more attention if youre a man or a group of men. That was clear.

I only give 4 stars because of the beautiful waitresses and how nice they are. Took 2hrs to get an order of wings. Quality of wings was good. They told me not to come on Wednesday. Ill be back to try another time.

I havent been to a lot of Hooters restaurants, but from the ones I have been to this is my least favorite. Waitresses seem inattentive and food and drinks seem to take forever even when not very busy.

Menus states soup & salad, chili is not a soup..only thing they offered, bad service, cold food, the menus needs revamping, too much fried foods, server seemed to not know her menu, horrible time....
