Working across the street, we were hoping there was finally a good burger joint to eat on lunch breaks. The restaurant is beautifully done with a very inviting atmosphere. That being said, I ordered French fries for $2.65 and got a small handful of them. You would think for that price they would either be AMAZING or that there would be a ton of them. They were neither. The burger was fine. Nothing special, but the worst indiscretion was they forgot the pickle! How do you eat a burger without a pickle? My co-worker was with me and they forgot her pickle too :( I hope issues I had are simply growing pains as this is the 1st week open. But before I spend any more of MY money, I will wait for others to give me their positive feedback.

Made me sick to my stomach after eating there. Found another review said the same thing. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Wildly overpriced, second time, gave it another shot. The greasiest food to be found, without the perk of tasting good. Tray of fries that came late on both occasions that remind me of the leftovers my grandma would take from the night before and heat up in her toaster oven, with same tray, except less fries. Tray may be too generous a word. $3.00 for self serve Craft" soda. Theres more, but why pile on. The staff is very nice and friendly. I kind of felt bad for them. Place was near empty at 7 on a Friday night, I understand why. Its unfortunate.

The burger was OK. Nothing special. The bun a bit to tender, so it didnt hold up. I loved the fries. But the fried green beans were a horrible, soggy, limp mess. And the service bordered on incompetent. But the tipping point that will likely keep me from giving it a second try is the awful chairs. I am absolutely sick of this trend.

Food is meh and they need to get their act together re lunch specials ( which arent cheaper...Its just a combo...) And train their employees to better inform their patrons. This is my second shot at Slam...The first they were out of a bunch of stuff, and the burger I did get ended up being dry... Sigh...Why Petaluma...Why?

This place is amazing. The best burger around. I am 100% going back. If you are looking for a great burger and some amazing sides, go here. There is great service and is very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great, a very well decorated place. The slam fries and slam burger are amazing.

First try was a pleasant one. Burgers were good, fried pickles were awesome! Place was clean, service came with a smile, and owner was walking the floor checking on everybody. I will definitely be back!

Its only OK. We had the mediterranean burger with the veggie patty. Super oily. The veggie patty was almost burnt. The fries and the milkshake were good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Never came here because of the not so good reviews. I just got the slam cheese burger and really enjoyed it. Not messy to eat, great pickles and sauce and really good staff.

Tasteless burger, skimpy onion rings. Overpriced. Lunch for 2 cost over $40. Id expect to get better food, or more of it. Sadly I got neither.
