Visited Valentines Day 2016. Wait time to be seated wasnt bad. However once we were seated took 10 min before our server greeted us. We ordered drinks, appetizer and food at once since wait times seemed an issue. Took 15 min for our drinks to arrive. Another 30 for our appetizer which were over cooked onion rings that crumbled when cut into and about 45 min for our food which we had to flag someone down to check on it. A manager brought our food and stated he was helping the server. Didnt see the server until we were almost finished eating. I had to get up and help myself to napkins from server station.We asked for bill then didnt see him till we were leaving even though I pushed the button on electronic device to call our server so I could ask for receipt. So never got receipt. As we sat so long I noticed multiple tables that were empty and dirty for at least 30 min. I could tell from looking around we were not the only table that was neglected. Horrible service and wont return to that location.

I rated this location 4 stars upon my last visit but I am now going to have to change my rating. My second trip left a LOT to be desired. The first problem I had was the wait time to be seated...20 mins. I would be fine with this is there wasnt MANY available clean tables with nobody at them. Im not sure why the host has to use an iPad to see if a table is ready LIFT YOUR HEAD UP AND LOOK AROUND! Im not impressed with the latest technology in your restaurant..only prompt service. It seemed like they were short on help which is a common theme in the red robins Ive been at. Maybe its the management direction to operate them on a shoestring staff. At any rate...pay attention Red Robin...we notice and do not appreciate this business practice. If it doesnt improve soon I will take my business elsewhere and let my friends and family know to do the same.

This place in nice there where routy teens next to us a very loud family behind us to start. The waiter was very kind and sorry for the other routy people there. We ordered our food, waited and the waiter said that the kitchen is backed up. Ok no big deal. When i saw bigger groups and other tables there after us come ang go I was a little irritated by that the waiter got the manager involved and apologized for the 75min wait the order was incorrect then we had to wait 15min for them to fixit the manager said he would discount our meal (that didnt happen) more people came and left by then we paid the bill and left. We had more important things to do than wait for the waiter or manager to correct the bill. We have had much better experiences at other red robbins.

Walked into a pretty empty restaurant o lay to be told there would be a 10 min wait, but the bar and lounge had first come seating. Walked into the lounge area to find 5+ tables yet to be cleared so no where to sit. We mentioned it to the hostess who said shed get a table cleared. In the time we sat waiting for the open seating to come available, 3-4 parties walked in, waited a few moments and then were seated in the dining area. We finally said wed like to just sit in the dining area and were seated right away. The server was nice and good came quickly, however drinks werent refilled and she didnt ask until we were finished with the meal. Dessert was ordered to go, when we opened it up it was burnt and the half we didnt try to mange to eat was thrown away.

I generally enjoy going to Red Robin but Ive had a consistent problem with their service at this particular location. Once or twice I can forgive but over and over gets frustrating. Ive order "to go" a handful of times in the past couple months. Every single time, Ive showed up and let the host know that I was there to pick up my food, and the host would walk away but never come back with my food. I sit there for 30 minutes until Im angry and ask again. Only then will the host go to the back, and another waitress will bring my food up and say, "Im so sorry, no one told me you were here!" It has happened FIVE TIMES IN A ROW. Its extremely frustrating.

First visit, last visit. Relative was visiting from out of town, and had a craving for a burger and shake. We split a chocolate shake which was very good, but both our burgers were mediocre. Obviously frozen hamburger patties, looked like defrosted pucks. Bottomless fries sounds good, but it means they give you a tiny amount, maybe a third of the usual french fry order, and then you have to flag down a waitress to get more. sweet potato fries were cold the first time, and slow to arrive second time. Basically, its about the quality of upscale fast food like Five guys, or a bit lower. For 50% higher prices. Cant recommend.

This is a Terrible location. I have never been treated so bad at a Red Robins on May 17 th I went with family. I had the server peeking around corner watching too see If I would get up and talk too him. We didnt even get our drinks till waiting fifteen minutes after I went and got him and told him too bring us drinks, Then a hour and fifteen minutes later he brought us cold food. I shipped out the next day and that is how I spent my last moments with family. Getting snubbed by a server at a Red Robins. So Disrespectful.... Never going back I cant stop thinking how Red Robins ruined my last moments with family. So sad....!

No napkins, sliverware or ketchtup until we asked for them after our food came out. Ordered a "Well done absolutely no pink" burger with no BBQ sauce add onion and guacamole. When the burger came it had BBQ sauce on it and no onion and no guacamole. I wasnt going to wait for a new one while my boyfriend ate so I just asked them to bring me the sides, they did, I put it on and took a bite just to find raw meat. the only reason Im giving a 1 star is because our waiter was nice and they took the burger off my bill because I didnt eat it.. still left hungry and very un happy though.. no plans to go back

Poor service on multiple occasions got a bacon cheese burger ordered 2 orders of extra bacon being told Id get 6 and it came with 3 and tried to fully charge me even after the problem was brought up second time got our orders wrong and then couldnt figure out how to split the bill and asked us to do it on there tablet thing at the table until we wanted to pay cash it took 15 min until I had to go complain the the manager who then also could not get the checks right we ended up just leaving some money on the table and walking out

Terrible! Lots of empty tables when we arrived and plenty of people waiting... Should have told us something was wrong. Seated, drinks & appetizer came reasonably quickly, but then we waited an hour for the main course... Of course when it arrived it was all cold. We complained and were asked if we wanted the meal cooked again. We declined and were the bill was covered for us... Good, but then we had to find dinner elsewhere. This is the third time we have been disappointed at this branch and wont be returning.
