I went to Red Robin for the first time ever last night. I would highly suggest NOT going to the one on Columbia House blvd in Vancouver. The waitstaff was rude, the food was meh, the waiter "forgot" to put in our order so we waited for almost half an hour for nothing. Then they gave us "complimentary" fries, (that came with our burgers anyway) and then we had to get up and find someone so we could get our check. All of this while waiters were walking by our table and would look up at the ceiling as they walked by. The moment they saw me signing to my mom they never once even looked at me. They only delt with my mom, even to the point of physically pushing me aside so they could get close enough to talk to my mom because the music was dang loud. When they brought our food they handed everything to me mom, even my food. Other customers were pointing out how rude the staff was being. It was awful!

Terrible service and cold food. Anything we asked for we had to ask twice (including silverware so we could eat) I have been managing restaurants for 18 years so Im generally pretty forgiving but this was inexcusable. My family left upset and hungry but somehow almost a 100.00 poorer. Not a good experience. Id like to see more servers on the floor during peak hours. Also trained well enough to answer simple menu questions. Id also like to see a Manger that takes the time to table touch and ask guest how their visit was. Or at least hit the floor with their staff and help out when needed. At any rate this location needs work. Lots of it.

the server was very attentive and knowledgeable but thats where it ended. The fish & chips had little to no taste, my wife couldnt finish it. There was something in the mayonaise I had for my french fries that I couldnt recognize. The fries were warm. This is the second time weve eaten at this location. The first time we were in the bar and being ignored by the server. The gentlemen who ordered before us didnt receive their food until after we were almost done. I would recommend not going to this location if you want the real Red Robin experience. Im defenitely not going back even if I had a free meal.

Went there for my birthday the waiter was totally unhappy to be working that day. We got terrible service. We ordered the fried pickles, they tasted like fried burnt salt. No pickles to be found. Also ordered an additional order of whipped cream for my drink I ordered and at the very bottom there was a nice wadded up peice of paper. We also had a coupon sitting on the table when the waiter came buy to drop off the fried burnt salt chips the coupon magically disappeared into thin air. Will never go to this Red Robin again. And to top it off the bill was ridiculously high for garbage service and food.

The waitress only took our order after that she never once came over to check on us. It says bottomless fries on the menu and when I asked for more she said she was gonna charge it separately. I was out of water for 15min and when we were in the middle of eating she came and set the check down even though we were clearly not done. I would recommend going somewhere different. The staff just dont care if you are in their section or care if you need something. Horrible place and I will never go again

I have eaten at Red Robin for over 40 years, I used to eat at the very first one in Seattle. My favorite was the Royal Red Robin burger with bacon and egg. I asked the waiter today to surprise me with a burger, and he brought me the good old red Royal Red Robin burger that Ive been eating since I was a teenager. Our server was a little on the over-the-top side, I wish that people wouldnt Force themselves to be so friendly, just be more natural. Otherwise everything was great.

The food was fine, you sort of know what youre getting as far as consistency at Red Robin. But I was SO turned off by charging us $7.50 for a pint of local beer. Insanity. Nothing posted anywhere that it would be that expensive, either. It will be a long time before we go back when I can support local places that wont surprise me with ridiculous, unexpected, absurdly high beer charges.

Food is good, staff are pleasant attentive. It is my bursary month. Staff tells me burger is free. I order my burger. Bill comes with burger on the bill. I question why. Staff comes and tells me that the burger I ordered isnt part of the plan. I spend more money than I wanted to. They could have told me when I ordered target than after I ate. So be careful at this Red Robin.

Ehh... Its okay. The service quality seems to be a mixed bag, weve been in a few times, once the server was good, twice mediocre, and once terrible. The food is okay and they do offer one vegetarian/vegan option. Its loud. Overall I think I would only go back if I needed something to eat imediatly. The best part are the fries and even then, not something to write home about.

Mushroom burger was good. Meat was a little pink in center. Service was slooow. Offered refill on fries after I had been done for a few. I got 6 fries in a basket. Not garlic parm fries either in which I was eating. Had fried pickles as app. Salty, greasy, not good. No refill on tea. I wont be back to this location. Good service and good food is what keeps me coming back.

45 min for food waitress pushed us through like cattle had our food 5 min and she was trying to take our plates away . Worst part our food was ice cold nasty and she wouldnt give up bottomless fries just took our plates after less than 10 min and told us here is how you pay. Worst experience ever could not belive it usually a good place to go.

Very polite and attentive staff from my visit, but the chain prices are expensive unless youre there to drink, party or watch sports. Clean environment and competently prepared comfort food. I went in the middle of the day, so it is likely different during rush hours. Too pricy; good staff; decent diner food; clean; quiet on off-hours.

I absolutely hate these computers they are keeping at the table. Is anybody else with me? They take up a bunch of room and are a pain in the butt. customer service was great. But dont like the screens at the tables. We have enough screens already. Im not an old fart or anything, Im a millennial. Gotta draw the line somewhere.

Janelle was an awesome server. We came in 20 minutes to close. We were greeted with friendly faces and smiles. Janelle was patient and friendly. She is on of the best servers I have ever had. Whenever we go back to this location we are going to ask to be seated in Janelles area. She rocks. AWESOME SAUCE!!

Meh... I guess I am suppose to use the service machine on the table? Because, almost every time I come here my food is cold, the server either ignores me or waits 20minutes after i have eaten to even acknowledge that I am still there. It is never the same person the service is just poor.
