The manager named allen is very rude and unprofessional. Placed an order online. When my boyfriend went to pick it up... he said there was no order in my name. So I called and asked why when I received a confirmation email and he said "oh I canceled the order cause I didnt understand the order. Tried to call you but your phone said it was disconnected " how is my phone disconnected if Im talking to him on it? He then tells me that I can replace the order and come back to pick it up. I told him I couldnt go back and would like it delivered for free.. he told me no and hung up on me. Ive never had such rude management treat me that way n4. Will never step foot in pizza Hut again. And urge others not to either.

I called multiple times with no answer, I then get pushed to a call center when the person can barley speak English. I decided to order online for carry out as it just seemed easier. I put in my order, it said 10-15 mins will be ready. We head there and ended up waiting an hour for our pizzas. Still they forgot the garlicly butter on the crust. Very bad customer service, multiple customers came in complaining of their food being messed up while we waited. Maybe work out the kinks before using online as a way to order.

two men working in the place and it is completely empty... no customers except myself and co-worker and it took 15 mins of sitting at a table before getting my order taken. then they didnt want to honor THEIR OWN SPECIAL FROM THE MENU!!! we are here now only 2 people in the restaurant arena we have been waiting for 40 mins for 1 medium pizza and an order of cheese sticks.... BS!!!

Every time I come here they have the most horrible customer service and am always waiting to be served the cashier was rude. The pizza is good but Id definitely call for a delivery rather than wasting your time with the unprofessional staff that works here

Ordered an Hawaiian Chicken Pizza, very good, served quickly and we enjoy every bite and every slice of this pizza! We will be back. Always served well at this Pizza Hut location in Orovillle, since 1991! Keep up the good work!

Review 9/4. The Sunday evening manager is clearly on meth. Dont order from here. They will tell you the pizza is on its way when it hasnt even been put in the oven. Two hours later and the pizza still isnt here.
