Pizza arrived about 40 minutes late. Driver was very nice and order was correct, but management at this place SUCKS. They dont answer the phone. Obviously they need to hire an additional delivery driver. If they would have picked up the phone and told me they were running behind because of driver shortage, I would have sympathized and waited it out. Caveat Emptor...your order may take 2 hours if its for delivery. Ill never order from this location again, seeing as this seems to be a chronic problem from previous reviews, and management is oblivious or doesnt care. Please dont be rude to the drivers for your order being wrong or late, chances are they have the same opinion of management as well. Post a complaint on Pizza Huts corporate Facebook page and mention this location specifically.

Love the food! For me its gotta be stuffed crust. I dream about that crust - so delicious. The wife has to have their pasta and breadsticks. Good stuff every time. They dont deliver to my particular location, no biggie - saves me from having to tip a driver. Access can be a little difficult because theyre in a small parking lot with a lot of activity, but theres never a time where I havent found a spot available. Just recently placed an order with a guy named Mike. He was super helpful and friendly. He found a way to maximize my order to take advantage of a discount. Major props to that guy for helping me out. Would highly recommend this location in particular. Theyll definitely be seeing more of my business!

Tried this Redmond delivery outlet year ago with a failure in delivery and decided to try again today (May 2012). Turns out nothing has changed- after waiting an hour, we called in to ask where our order might be. The first time, we were told that "Our order has gone out and the pizza would arrive shortly" and then at the two hour mark we called and was told that the driver "called your phone number, but got no answer"... Never again: AVOID THIS OUTLET. There are too many options in the Redmond area that will deliver within 20 minutes of ordering.

I ordered a pizza here, despite the terrible reviews. My mistake. Rep that took my phone order asked to repeat the phone number 3 times, then when I asked her to repeat my order, she had it wrong. Good thing I asked. I arrived at the store 20 mins later and was asked to wait in front, while the manager took her time cutting a pizza and discussing scheduling with another employee. I just got home and realized the order is wrong, they forgot 1/5 toppings. Do yourself a favor and order Pagliacci, right down the street. You get what you pay for.

Worst pizza ever delivered!! Every time I ordered a pizza from this store, it comes with a shocking surprise. Looks like Pizzahut has added a new kind of pizza called "Scrambled Pizza".... I wondered why delivery guy never asked for a tip, he wanted to get away before I opened the box, well he succeeded, he was gone before I opened it. Ill never order from this store again.

Never again! We orded a pizza and some wings it took half and hour for it to get to us and it was wrong. Called back to speak with the manager and she gave us $40 store credit and our reorder free. so we reordered only for it to be two hours late! And surprise! It was Wrong again this was the worse service we have ever had and we will NOT be spending any money here again.

I just ordered a pizza over the phone. The person was so aggressive. He did not do price calculation correctly and when I asked, he refused to explain how he did the calculation. His excuse was that machine did the calculation and I dont know how it did it!

Poor even for Pizza Hut pizza. Also poor customer service - small waiting area with no one at the desk and no communication when my pizza took 15 minutes over schedule to come out. I would try the Redmond pizza hut for service over this.

Just been there, Ordered Meat Lovers but got Veggie Delight!!!... However, they made it real good I realised their mistake only after finishing finishing half of the pizza...

I just tried to order pizza via phone, the lady showed an insulting attitude, not at all professional. I wont recommend them. You should try some other outlet.
