My past two orders over the past two weeks have been messed up. I avoided this place for a long time because they habitually mess up pizza orders but I thought after a few years there might be new staff, so I gave them another chance. Chance after chance I give, they fail. I ordered the same pizza this week as I did last week and its specifically mentioned in the order that its the only pizza that comes with white sauce and they always deliver it with red sauce. They say you have to specify when you order online and click the box for white sauce, but there is no box for white sauce! The pizza comes with white sauce - its on the receipt that it should come with white sauce! Everything else about this place is fine, but when you have to wait an hour for your food and it comes back not the way you order it every time, its hard to like a place.

Placed an order 50 mins ago at which time I was told it would take 30 mins. I called back to see the status and was told it would take 15 more mins. Hour later still waiting. Im update the review for the reason and update in wait time. Delivered after posting. Pizza barely had cheese on it. Wish I took a pic of it. No reason for delay.

Not clean. Staffs are extremely care less. When I walked in, the staffs were just gossiping and laughing among each other and didnt even care to come up to ask for the order. I waited for a while and had to call them. Not going back here again.

Pretty much feels like a shop ran by teenagers, they make mistakes, cant take orders and have attitude. Probably the worst pizza place Ive ever been 2. Havent had pizza hut in a long time. I regret ever trying it.

Man this place sucks bad. Horrible service when walking in OR calling! They either hang up on you or just dont care. Plus the pizza always seems too well done. Forget this place, Im never going again.

The pizza is alright most of the time but when the bald Indian dude is working the pizza isnt very good then he gets upset and very rude if you let him know k he needs to be fired!!

I would give no stars if I can.....they never answer the phones and the little girls there have ugly looks on there faces and they are very rude and have attitudes.

They constantly forget sauces that you pay for, the pizza has come late and cold, and almost no deals on the website are accepted for online ordering.
