I ordered a pizza online today and had it delivered. I dont know if something negative happened at this restaurant today but almost every person was in a bad mood today. The pizza I received was filled with grease. The bread was soggy and when you touched any slice of pizza in the box your hands would become very greasy instantly. Knowing that this is not how there pizza is usually I decided to call the restaurant. When I called I spoke with the manager about the pizza. He was nice and all but he decided to lie to me and tell me he gave me credit last month when I know that I did not ever ask for credit from him nor have I ever spoken to him before. I asked him to tell me when he gave me a credit and as I suspected he had no answer for me and asked me what I wanted to do about this situation. I kindly asked for a remake because I didnt want to feed my guests this pizza. When the delivery man came to give us our pizza he was in a bad mood. This was the most disappointing part of the whole experience. I told him what had happened and he began to argue with me that this is just how the pizza is and he had this really terrible expression on his face the whole time. What happened to service with a smile? And the customer is always right? At the end of this whole argument he said sorry sarcastically like it was my fault that they made a bad pizza. If I am paying for something I have the right to be satisfied with it. If I am not satisfied, it is my duty to tell them that it is not correct so that they do not make the mistake again. I wanted to tell the delivery man to take the pizza back because his "talk" was so disappointing. I have been a customer here for a really long time but I wont be taking my business here again due to this experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Their service is always horrible no matter who you speak to manager or otherwise, they are late, I can never get a competent employee, oh they love to forget sauces then tell you they will send a driver out because they forgot then never show up at all. Oh yeah dont forget when you have to read your card # to an employee twice then you hear them giggle like they were having a side conversation and ask you for the card again while laughing. Like is this a complete joke of a business or what? I understand you make pizzas but cant you have a little work ethic and respect for other people especially when they are speaking to you. Completely unprofessional and the food isnt worth dealing with the people trust me. I try to always tell myself maybe this time will be different but nope. Ive just canceled my very last order from this place. So thanks one less customer you have to worry about bugging you during work hours.

Usually when I call pizza companies in the area after 9pm they are very unhelpful, they dont want to talk about any specials, they are rude! they usually dont want to sent a driver my way (this has happened before at this location). Christian offered me all of the specials, she offered delivery to my area, she was kind and she wasnt bothered that she has to close the store in 20 minutes. A very pleasure to deal with in this day and age. Give Christian a raise! And keep being wonderful!

Placed order for delivery, as we are truck drivers layed-over staying in a hotel.. 45 min later we get... not what we ordered. Traditional wings bone in... We get breaded wings. Mr. Nick the manager says we can come pick up the corrected order. What part of D E L I V E R Y does he not understand. Well after back and forth on the phone they are finally going to correct it.... Lets se if they get it right this time.

Always great with my odd or strange orders. The orders are completed in a timely manner, even when busy. My kids love their pizza. Great prices for the quality and quantity you receive. Employers seem to be friendly and helpful. I recommend this location. :) enjoy your pizza!!

The online ordering charged my credit card the full amount AND deducted the same amount from my gift card. When ordering it was explained to me that there are only two halves on one pizza because I was asking for two toppings on one half and 3 toppings on the other half.

I order online and then go pick it up about 15-20 minutes later. Always a great tasting pizza, and I always get what I ordered. I dont know what is up with these people who have their pizza delivered and then complain about it. Just order online and then go pick it up.

2.5 hours for delivery!!! Pizza arrived steamed instead of hot and fresh. Carboard flavor had soaked into my pizza. Cheese was not gooey like you want on a pizza. Place does not offer all the discounts or promotions you see in the commericals.

Employees r very nice to u. Always smiling. The food is awesome & a very clean restaurant. Love it wouldnt go anywhere else. & the rgm is so professional. Helped me with my order. & made sure my daughter was happy too. Wonderful place tooo eat

Ordered a pizza. Called after an hour, they said "youre next." Didnt hear anything. Finally called them back and was told "were just taking the bread out of the oven." Worst service ever. Dont bother with this pizza hut.

We ordered pizza tonight. A large pepperoni and cheese with extra sauce. What we got was a joke... barely any cheese and less sauce than they usually put on... so much for extra sauce... wont be ordering again
