I had a $20.00 gift card from Christmas so I gave a call to the # on the back of it to make sure it was still valid (incase somehow it wasnt activated or what not) but I was told I had 20.00 on the card. I then ordered online from this location who took 80 minutes or so to get to my house (I live about 5 minutes away). The delivery man was very rude and was pounding on my door every 5 seconds. The first thing out of his mouth is "your card didnt go through, I need cash." I said, well we used a gift card and made sure it was good beforehand.. why wouldnt you have called ahead of time and told me the card didnt go through so we could 1. try it again or 2. make sure I had cash available. I called again and my gift card is 100% good so I will not be ordering from this pizza hut ever again. I recommend Amicis or Round Table if youre looking for a good pizza with solid service.

Called in a delivery, the guy on the phone was rude. I ordered a 2 liter pepsi with our order and didnt get it. I called back to let them know and the manager said i was going to have to pay extra since they charged a 12 oz bottle. Unbelievable, after they made the mistake and everyone was done eating by the time we got our soda. Not happy with their service. Zpizza was way better highly recommend it!

Ordered carry out and they delayed it by good 15 minutes after the pick up time, however staff being kind and smart enough to realize that and have given free pizza on next order of the same value as they have delayed the current order. This is perfect example of customer centricity and customer first approach to realize and accept the mistake and compensate for it in whatsoever possible manner.

Ordered online for carryout. The cashier was refreshingly pleasant, and even double-checked that the pizzas she had were what I ordered before handing them to me. Ive ordered from here several times now and the order is always ready by the time I arrive (and I leave home pretty soon after ordering).

Carryout order was fifteen minutes late. Finally paid, then had to wait another five minutes until they brought me the already cut-and-boxed pizza that was sitting ten feet away. Wont be returning. Pizza was only okay, even by Pizza Hut standards.

They didnt messed with my order since I checked it right in place and asked them to count everything I ordered in front of me. Although they were nice ) They have busy job there and Im not blaming them for being a little confused with orders.

I called around 2 pm on a tuesday afternoon. The girl informed me it would be an a hour and a half before my pizza was delivered. They are usually pretty good about timing but waiting an hour and a half is unacceptable.

They offered a solution of 5 bucks cash back or 10 pc wings later. It should be a one-time issue, but I have never met this problem with any other pizza-hut. Just wanna leave a review.

Their prices, wack! Like 1.50 every extra topping, wack! Ready in 15 min?? Was gonna go to little Caesars but they closed at 10, so Ill give them that, at least they close later.

I like that it is around the corner from where I live. They mess up my order half the time which sucks. But they do put a lot of cheese when I order extra cheese.
