I walk in at 10:35pm on a Thursday. I stand there for a minute behind this fat guy in plain clothes (no uniform) at the counter, waiting to order. After a while (not immediately when I walked in, mind you), he turns around and very rudely says "were CLOSED, buddy," as if I should have known and I was intruding. Really? Then why do your hours say Mon-Thurs until 11:00 PM on the door? Why is your neon OPEN sign flashing above that door? I just wanted some breadsticks and a soda. Whatever, your pizza sucks anyway. I was interested in the new pizza-by-the-slice you had going on, and probably would have started frequenting my local Portland Pizza Hut for that and breadsticks (the main reason I dont go to PH is because I rarely want to pay for, or eat, an entire pizza). No more, you just lost a customer for a long time - until the desire for pizza overwhelms my spite and innate sense of justice. Itll be a while.

My company has been ordering from here for a long time now. They have never failed my expectations. We need our pizzas (3 different lunches, 3 different times) exactly at the requested time. They bring the pizza 5 minutes earlier which is PERFECT so I can place them for the employees. Before, we went to Papa Johns. After 7 years, they told us we are too "picky" and to take our services else where. That was the best thing, because pizza huts pizza is much better, and their staff is as well. Every staff member I have encountered is very respectful and professional. For us being so strict, you would think theyd mess up a few times but they are right on top of things. GREAT company.

Horrible !!! The employees were rude and clueless !!! They tried to charge me 42.58 for a large pizza and beverage.. then I guess the manager came out and told me it was the carry out charge of $10.00... but I was going to dine in not carry out ... I couldnt tell if it was a manager because this lady came out looking unkept and wasnt even wearing a bra. Very unprofessional. We ended up leaving instead. Only to see that the manager walked out to see what kind of car I was driving.. I do not recommend anyone to purchase food in this location either... since both of them were handling cash and food without washing their hands... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Ordered pizza it came everything was burnt caught them back to let them know that everything was fine but just wanted new breadsticks and cheese sticks return the old ones once the driver got here once he got here we took the food and it was still burnt look the same when I spoke with the manager on the phone she said the food would be here in 30 minutes it didnt get here till and hour later on top of that the delivery man pulled in the driveway speeding with his door open before even putting his car into park hopped out of his car and asked for a cigarette !!! Will never be ordering pizza from here again!!! Would rather have peanut butter and jelly :-)

I paid but didnt receive my pizza at all!! This is the second time I ordered from this location and no one picked up and spoke to me about my order being late. I just called them and they hung up in my face! This location should be shut down and never reopen again. Im highly disappointed with pizza hut and will never return there again. Oh and if your order online didnt clear they will not call you. Dominos pizza will be next retreat goodbye pizza hut. «««««Update »»»»»my pizza came at 11:20pm I ordered at 10:02 pm and they close at 11 pm. IM never ordering pizza here ever again. My pizza was cold and nasty.

Went in to get some sodas and first asked to use the restroom to rinse off my babys pacifier. Came out to hand pacifier to my wife in the car and just before I walked back in to get the soda, the "manager" who was taking a "smoke break" in the car next to me asked if I was getting carryout and when I said no she said then you werent supposed to use the bathroom! I said "are you serious?" And she said "yes its only for customers". So instead of giving them any business at all I said maybe you should tell your employees that and not your potential customers. #commonsense before company policy

This place sucks!! Ordered 10:15pm. Said they were busy. Expect it 1100. Thats not bad. 1130 rolls around. I call them. Oh they are in your area. Sorry for the delay. Ok. 1200 rolls around. I call again. They tell me that their driver is honoring Ramadan and that is why there is the big delay. Are you serious. I dont have a problem with someone practicing their religion. Its where is the communication with him or her and the management staff. Wow. Id give negative stars if it was available. Well the pizza arrived at 115am. Yes. 115am. Great job pizza hut

Completely unacceptable. I have never dealt with this bad of customer service ever!!!!! I CANT EVEN GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE! My pizza is completely underdone. This is so ridiculous. The point of getting pizza delivered is so you can pig out on it asap. Uh yeah no not this time WE HAD TO BAKE OUR PIZZA WHEN IT HAD ARRIVED. If there was an option for no stars Id def be giving it 0 stars!!!! I ordered "thin n crispy" it was thin so good job on that one. Just left the crispy part at the store in the over clearly.

My Boys & I LOVE Pizza Hut, thats the ONLY place Well Eat when it comes to Pizza! My Order is Always Correct, & 15 minutes for Carry-out! AWESOME! They Always Show me what I ordered & I check thoroughly before purchasing! The Workers are constantly Busy but are courteous with the time they do have! I Appreciate you Guys! ... I dont need much attention on CS, Just GREAT PIZZA!!! Bc thats what we are there for! HighFive!!!!

I usually dont like to complain but this has to be the worst experience I have ever had from Pizza Hut, they brought me burnt up bread sticks and also the marinara sauce that was in the box the lid was not closed all the way when I opened up the pizza box the sauce was everywhere. I am totally disappointed I dont think I will be ordering pizza from this place. Here are some pictures to prove what I am talking about.

The first time I called I was hung up on. I called to get a delivery to a hotel and the guy told me he couldnt take my order unless I had the hotels phone number, a policy I have never heard of and I used to work for Pizza Hut. When I called back to talk to the manager he the same person answered and said he was the manager but he did not know the number for the franchise home office. HORRIBLE service.

This store doesnt participate in the any pizza any size $10.00 I still ordered online and did a pick up I arrived 3 minutes before my pizza ready waited 20 minutes to get my order. I ordered extra sauce they show you the pizza and ask if it is what you ordered but once I was home and had a piece I learned it had NO SAUCE. very disappointed. I am going to find another location to order my pizza from.
