9/16/14 Why do people order pizza for delivery? Perhaps one reason is because while relaxing on the couch with the TV on after a long day at work, every other commercial we see has something to do with food. After seeing the Pizza Hut stuffed crust commercial a few times, my husband decided to get online and order a pizza. We ordered delivery so that we could finish Americas Got Talent without interruption. We used the computer to place the order because it is a convenient option. In the "notes" section online, he went to type in "please cook well done so that pepperoni is crispy" but only had enough characters to type "Please cook well done". Thinking about parmesan cheese about thirty minutes later I called to make sure the driver would have some. The girl who answered said they usually carry it with them, but that she would call the driver to make sure. He was already on his way. The driver did not have parmesan cheese, so I called just to let Pizza Hut know. If they have a delivery option, they should have the same free cheese and red pepper packets they have in their stores. How hard is it to carry a few packets? The nice driver said he had just run out. How smart would it be for them to throw a few packets in each box so that no driver has to worry about running out. Diana on the phone told me I need to call and request cheese if I want it. Hmm, instead of an apology, the first thing she did was ask if I had called to request it. I told her that I had called, but that I had placed the order online, and there is nowhere to ask about it on their site. She said again I have to call. I asked her if it is Pizza Huts policy for a customer to order online and then have to call to request cheese. She said yes. I asked again if it makes any sense for me to use the computer to order, if I have to call also and I was told if I want cheese I need to call and request it. The Pizza Hut notes section obviously is ignored. Our pizza was not cooked well done. The crust was not browned in any way - super greasy on the bottom (but yes, its a pizza) and unfortunately a very soft, not crispy at all top crust. So they completely ignored the "well done" request. Perhaps we should have put "cheese please" in hopes of getting that instead. $3.50 Delivery fees should be waived if the drivers are not going to bring toppings. Red pepper flakes are the best.

Called to place an order for delivery. There was an obvious language barrier between myself and the woman who answered the phone. First, I asked her if she could tell me if I called the right location and she didnt understand what I was asking. Finally just said I wanted to place the order, have her my details and she confirmed it was the correct location and were making some progress. So I try to order the big box and she has no idea what Im talking about - she tells me how much a large is. Lol. So Im like "no, the one that I saw online" and she tells me if I see it online then I should just order it online. Uh, wtf? I wanted to know how much it was and its price varies by location so it wasnt available online unless I went thru the entire ordering process. I thought calling would be faster. I asked for someone else to help me but I ended up hanging up - I figured the delivery service could only get worse.

I only gave a star because I had to in order to post - otherwise I would have given 0. Our order was delivered later than we were told it would be. One of the pizzas did not come as we ordered it. The manager, Yesenia was rude and argued whether or not the crust flavoring was a topping/option and she offered no solutions to making things right. Its not so much about things not being right as it is the customer service that was not provided. If your company offers a topping as an option, and you are out of it, you should notify the customer so that they can decide whether or not they still want the product.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I stayed at the Holiday Inn as I was visiting the town for a few days, and decided to order a pizza as I didnt feel like driving or walking anywhere. The pizza and bread sticks were absolutely disgusting. I didnt even finish two slices of pizza or one bread stick before I decided to get something else to eat. Take my word, and that of others, do not order from this place. I wish I had listened to the other reviews before wasting $25 on their junk.

Ordered a pizza that they gave to someone else!!! Said they would re make and we waited for over 35 min, with no other guests waiting. Kept telling us 5 more minutes and then locked the door and closed with out giving us our pizza!!!!! Would not answer phone either! Terrible! 2 medium pepperoni pizzas is way to complicated for this pizza hut to handle. I live around the corner, but have learned it is for sure worth the drive to go somewhere else. Do not waste your time.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Ordered two hours ago with a 40-50 minute wait time and havent heard anything since. This order was placed at noon on a Wednesday. This is completely unacceptable for a delivery based business. Long waits at nights and during weekends are understandable but not midday in the middle of the week. Get it together.

When we arrived with our confirmation number that pizza hut emailed to us, they said they do not go by confirmation numbers and they said they never received our online order. We had to re-order, when we got home our order was wrong. The manager said he would give us a $10 credit, we spent $26.00 - not good service.

worst customer service. They need impression of your credit card number,name on the card and the expiration date on their receipt and they never tell u they need all that while ordering.ridiculous .. they took my pizza because i denied to hand the traced receipt to them.

Terrible service, and the person who I spoke with on the phone lied to me for no reason I understand that things get busy and take a little longer sometimes when you only have one driver but you dont have to lie!!! This is the worst pizza hut experience I have ever had!

Ordered online....never got my order. Got a message from the pizza delivery guy statting he was outside the door and there was no answer....I was home the entire time and no one rang or knocked at the door. Total rip off!!!! DONT ORDER FROM THE PLEASANT HILL LOCATION

YESENIA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO PROVIDE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN CALL BACK TO CURSE MY TEACHER OUT!!!! SHE NEEDS TO GO. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF THE SCHOOLS IN MY DISTRICT BUY PIZZA FROM HERE UNTIL SHE IS GONE!!!!

Well I oredered online got my email confirmation then they never showed up I called down to the store they said they never revieved my order I dont know how they never got my order but I got a confirmation email last time I call these guys
