Really chill spot for delicious sausage with good ambiance and hip music. I had the duck and fig sausage with grilled onions and sweet peppers, which was pretty delicious albeit a bit dry, something that is all too easy to do with a leaner sausage. I am from the Midwest where we take bratwurst and this type of sausage stuff pretty seriously, and this was the closest I have had here in CA to a legit link joint. I am really on the fence about giving this place 5 stars; if 4.5 was a thing I would give Rosamunde a another half star. In either event, I highly recommend stopping in, especially if you have an itch for this type of fare.

On nights that I feel lazy or press for time. This is my only hope for better than fast food taste, but very filling. Tony the manager never ever fail me once. Heres what I do. Call ahead placing my order and give a specific time of arrival. Im never late by two minutes or more as my order is ready on counter for pick up. My total is always the same plus a tip and Im out the door. Wednesday night is trivia night, Ill show up earlier if Im free. Other nights depending if GSW is on television or not, Ill do three beer and a plate.

1st stop in San Fran every time! The pork chop is to die for! Its the best prepared Ive ever had! French onion soup is unique & also nothing like anyone elses. Phenomenal eatery! Will be back again & again. P.S. I cant even order both these items at any other place since its just not the same! Wish this place had more tables but I understand. The good stuff should be savored & made with love! Yeah for not being a bland chain!

As a out-of-town first timer the menu was confusing. It needed explanation. As a neighborhood pub I would imagine I would get to know it so it would become no big deal. My cousin, who I was visiting says its the closest bar to his home so he and his friends are here all the time. The counter help was good and made some good recommendation and were tasty. See my photos. Its worth a visit if you are from out of town.

This Rosamunde sausage shop is in a market building. There is a great variety of gourmet sausages and craft beers available (bottles). The sausages are grilled to order and come with your choice of topping.There is some indoor and outdoor seating. It is counter service with a request to bus your table. A great meal at a decent price, within walking distance of the convention center and Old Oakland.

My girlfriend from Spain was surprised by the variety and in love with the cheddar one, Im vegetarian and no dairy, I didnt have a hope of nothing good there so I tried a light fruity beer, very refreshing ... But oh! I was incredibly wrong! They also have vegan italian sausage and is so good... I want one now! Really, no excess spices, no after flavors, and "Italian" taste we recommend this place.

Great lunch special, with a choice of sausages with two toppings (beer sausage with is great), sides (went with the German beans) and a half pint of beer. Really liked some of the condiment options, which included garlic pepper mayo and curry ketchup. Only downside is, if you going during lunch, there is always a long line and limited seating... also, CASH ONLY!

Amazing sausages, great beer & cider. This is a great place to get proper sausage in a bun with great toppings, such as sauerkraut and sweet pepper, with about 10 different sausage selections including vegan ones. They have about 15 beers and 1 or 2 ciders. And the food is amazing. Go and try for yourself.

Oh boy we were hungry when we got here. We were referred by a local friend in Oakland and this place hit the spot. Lovely sausages, fries, kraut, pickles, freshly cooked beans you name it. The beer choices were great too!!! We went for the lunch combo and it was really yummy! Need to go back!

I liked the place, the sausages and beer were good, and we could eat with our dog on the outside tables. We didnt like that some guys started to smoke just at the next table, but I informed the staff, and they ask them to stop smoking.

Great sausages, loud ambience Casual place with fantastic grilled sausage sandwiches. Great selection of unusual soft drinks as well as craft beers. Only downside for me was the super loud death metal music.
