Went there for lunch on a Friday, about 1:00. Despite the fact that there were only about 10 active tables and three waitresses, the service was terrible. We had to wait to get our order taken. When our order arrived the waitress forgot to bring something, but never returned with it so we had to ask someone else. When we finished our meal our dishes just sat there and again our waitress was AWOL. Another waitress was at the next table shmoozing with customers who appeared to be friends of hers, and never bothered to check if we needed help. We finally got our waitress to drop off the check and again, she disappeared. Again, her colleague shmoozed it up with her friends at the next table and never bothered to take our credit card up to the register. These are the signs of inattentive management and a poorly trained waitstaff. The food was good so I give credit to the kitchen staff for doing a nice job. But I cant recommend any restaurant with such terrible service.

Excellent endroit pour passer un bon repas ! La nourriture est excellente (très bonne viande), le personnel est agréable et la salle est très sympa. En revanche, attention aux surprises au niveau des prix, parce quen plus des taxes et du pourboire, il faut parfois payer pour les interprétations musicales... Même si on ne les a pas demandées !

We were extremely disappointed. I printed the menu and was very pleased at all the choices, even tho quite a bit was pricey, this was a birthday dinner so it was okay. When we arrived and looked at the menu it had been completely redone, missing over half of what was there before. And now when you pay $32 for lamb chops thats all you get....no choice of potato, no vegs.....And even a la carte they took away the potato I wanted. Was really excited about going there and now UGH...No apologies, just told the menu had changed in the past week. And oh, did you notice, all the good reviews are very old.....

My visit to Broadway Grill was a very pleasant surprise. I live in the city so venturing to a restauraunt in Burlingham was a gamble. My friend asked me to joing him and I am so glad I did. The service was top knotch and the food was outstanding. The restaurant was in a quaint little part of the city and the general feel was great. I ate way to much food and the drinks were t-riffic! I ended up staying way later than I expected because the crowd at the bar was a ton of fun! Where is that blond! Definately would suggest you try the place out. Look for me because I have been back a number of times!

We were excited to try Broadway grill, but it was a complete let down from there. The food was very poor and very expensive. I ordered the prime rib, which was very thin and tasted/looked like it had been previously cooked then heated up in the microwave. Pretty much tasteless food and if the chef is going to serve food that is precooked they should tell their customers. I expect a lot more from a restaurant in Burlingame. You would be better off going to a chain restaurant and spending half the price for better food. Will never be going back.

5 of us went, as since we had been on a seafood diet for most of the week, we all opted for steak. Between us, we had the filet, prime rib, and bone-in ribeye. All were prepared "exactly" as requested. The wet-aged beef was top shelf, just as you would expect from a Ruths Chris or Mortons. The live band topped off the experience, and while it was loud enough to add to the experience, it wasnt so loud that we couldnt still hear one another at our table. I highly recommend this if youre ready for a good steak.

Can not believe I saw Will I Am from the Black Eyed Peas at the Broadway Grill. Not only was our kids excited but the food and service was great. I also over heard the manager say one of the Supremes was coming at 3pm on Monday and may stick around to do a few songs with the Motown Monday Band. We come quite often and I have to let you this is the hottest spot on the peninsula. Not only great food but superb musical shows every-night.

I gave this place two stars. I ordered the calamari which was pretty good but it had a wing cooked with it. I sat at the bar watching the cooks snack on the salad toppings and Doritos as they cooked food for patrons. Very unsanitary! After the cook put his hands in his mouth he used the same hand to grab a salt and pepper mix to drain food. First and last time.

i hate to spread the word cuz there is such a great crowd and you can still make a reservation.... however, broadway grill is kick *ss happening on monday nights. not only good food but incredible music that interacts with the guest. its fun to watch will have ya singin!! xoxolove it. I had a wonderful experience at the Broadway Grill. The customer service was excellent, the servers were friendly and ready to help with any questions we had. We were served quickly and the food was very good. I would recommend this restaurant to all, family, friends, or perfect strangers. :D

Ok is a stretch for the food, but the atmosphere is great. Music performers are spot on and definitely make this place tolerable. Drinks are terrible... Who puts soda water in an old fashioned? Overall, it gets 1 star for the food and drinks, 2 stars for the environment.

Loved the venue as far as the decorations and feel of the place goes, the pictures tell more wether it will be to your taste, but unfortunately they were a little too conservative with the seasoning of the food. The quality and texture of everything was solid however.

Could not ask for a better place to do a party.We rented out the whole place had an Italian theme with live music. The food was real Italian and everyone is still raving about how great it was.The staff was great. I will do all my large partys here.

The prime rib is outstanding. The wine is fine. The service is outstanding. The ambience is warm and sophisticated. The Motown Monday singers are inspiring. I had a wonderful time.

Happening night spot (for Burlingame) with live music on weekends and Dean Martin waving at you. Weve ever only had brunch here, and thats not bad. The Eggs Benedict is alright.

We came for a 50th Birthday 38 people. Best time I have had in a long time. It was like old school Las Vagas dinner show and Harris steak house food.
