I work at Highland Hospital in the ER and today my coworkers and I decided to order Chinese food for our lunch. We placed an order here online through Eat24 to have delivered to the triage desk and ordered $55.00 worth of food. Well after ordering I get an email from Eat24 stating the delivery driver is "waiting outside the door to deliver", Ive been standing at triage since ordering and there is no delivery person in site. I then leave my assignment and walk to the front entrance of the hospital and still no delivery person in site. I then receive another email instructing me to call the restaurant stating that the driver wasnt able to contact me. I immediately call the restaurant to inquire about the food and a Chinese woman gets on the phone and proceeds to scream at me. Not talk, not even yell, literally scream at me. She tells me that she called the phone number listed and waited 5 minutes and I didnt come out quick enough for her so she left and will not be coming back to deliver my food until after 1:00. I explain to her that the number she called is my work phone and that I was most likely on it talking to a patient or another department and that since we paid extra money to have her walk inside the hospital to the ER she should have gotten out of her car and delivered it like she was supposed to. I attempt to give her an additional phone number which she refuses to take down and hangs up on me. Wow, needless to say Im stunned how this has transpired. So I call back and demand that she refund our money or deliver the food like planned. She proceeds to tell me thats shes "to busy!" And that "you might get your food you might not! If you want your food you call after 1:00 and may I come back or maybe not!" She then leaves the phone off the hook and walks away so I cannot reply or call back to talk to another person! Luckily I contacted Eat24 and the very nice customer service agent refunded me and my coworkers money and gave us a $5.00 credit to use for our next purchase. Incidentally Eat24s manager had to intervene and is now investigating this incident due to how psychotic this woman was behaving. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant especially online because once they have your money they will not deliver! Theres a lot of great Chinese restaurants in Oakland and this is not one of them.

Never have I found a place to compare to childhood Chinese restaurant haunt that closed many a year ago. They had the best wor wonton which we got every time we went. Last night we happened to go to this restaurant really hungry after a medical procedure. That bowl of wor wonton was like a bowl of rare nostalgic happiness. the flavor profile is dead on and perfectly balanced. My boyfriends beef broccoli was excellent as well. We will now be going here for our Chinese when in the area.

Ordered delivery. Food was sent out really fast when I called back to modify my order. Szechuan chicken was really tough and bitter, just absolutely gross. Dry fried ribs were an unidentifiable digit of some animal, which was also tough and had no flavor. Didnt waste my time tasting the other items. They gave me no problems about returning the food for my money though.

I found this place on Childrens Hospitals list of restaurants. I ordered Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Beef Asparagus and Egg Rolls. They delivered it up to my sons hospital room (awesome!). The food had good flavor, the only downside is that it was a little greasy but nothing too bad. I would definitely order from them again.

Nothing too special about this place. But I do have to mention the value one gets during the lunch time. I got a whole plate of chicken chow mein, soup, fried rice and oolong tea all for 5.75. How does one complain about that deal. I certainly cannot.

Cheap but good, very good. The Mushu Pork is outstanding, and their dinner combinations for 2 are really good, tasty and affordable. Good tasty Chinese food without the crazy prices of trendy places.

Had a delivery order. When placing the order, the person I was talking to was very rude. Rushed me off the phone. The delivery driver was inpersonable. And rude as well. Not going back.
