Initially, with relatively good reviews of this place I was excited to bring my family here to try out the food. The atmosphere..boy where do I start? Black,dusty Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and black mold growing on the corner of the ceiling above where the employees walk in and out of the kitchen area..We should have walked out after seeing that.Our appetizer came and I was just misinformed what exactly it was.Okay, MY bad.We thought that the wontons had cheese in them, instead they came out with no cheese and just a tiny piece of hard,almost beef jerky-type consistency in the middle of the crunchy skin. I politely asked the waitress if we perhaps there was a miscommunication during the order and immediately she had a bitter attitude and was defensive telling us to eat them and use the sauce (nearly dipping her finger in the sauce bowl pointing).We wondered what our entrees would be like..and we were of course were disappointed to say the least. My fiancé ordered the fried almond chicken and it came out drowning in thick,slimy(how my 7 year old described it) sauce.The chicken itself was permeated throughout in the oil they used to fry it causing the bread to be mushy and moist and tasting like old oil.The fried rice was so-so and just about the only thing we could bear to get down.The rest of our visit here we felt unwelcome and it was awkward because of the waitresses attitude. One star deserved. Hope we dont get food poisoning from the chicken!

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. My friends mom ordered food for us from out of state because he had surgery today, she spoke with the lady about it when she ordered and was told it wasnt a problem. When the food arrive they wouldnt let us have it and were very rude, didnt even look at my friends id even though the last names matched. Wouldnt hear us out and left while his mother was on the phone with them confirming the order, during the call the same person who took the order was rude and told her "you lady no understand finance, stupid lady." Dont order from people like this, there are much better local businesses that will respect you and appreciate your business. As someone who works in the service industry, this is completely unacceptable.

Broccoli soup anyone? I ordered the Broccoli with garlic sauce and it came in a standard Chinese food box, leaking everywhere! Opened up and found out why. It was half cooked broccoli served in a watery soup consistent broth. It was $8.25 and I wish it would have come with some rice or at least I could have ordered a side of rice with it or something but that side is not offered on their online menu. Im vegetarian and they didnt have a combo option but did offer a few veggies options which is nice just dont expect anything else. My husband had a combo platter and said it was okay nothing special.

I havent even received my food yet after just ordering, but I really want to express my feelings on their delivery/phone service. The guy who took my delivery order was rather rude and unhelpful. I was in the middle of giving him my address when he interrupted me, with no apologies, to take another call which I could hear. Of course they have other customers, I just expect them to at least handle the situation differently instead of just ignoring one customer for another.

We just moved to the state and thought the food and service was great. However, the womens restroom was disgusting! You can see urine and filth all over the stalls. Its blatantly obvious they dont clean the bathroom properly which concerns me because the staff making and serving my food uses the same bathroom. In all honesty, Ive seen cleaner restrooms in Mexican strip clubs. Due to this I dont know if we will be going back.

My family and I showed up with an hour and a half until closing and they refused to sit us saying it was take out only with an hour and a half until closing? Really? They were not busy, in fact there was only ONE other person in there. The tables were all dirty, and as we left both of the ladies there just sat in a booth and started talking and hanging out. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

We used to go here often with my girlfriend until one day we went in and ordered beef chow mein and after a few bites were grossed out that the meat still had blood and not fully cooked. The waitress was really rude about the whole situation! We are never going back. A new place just opened up down the block San Wok Express. Not only is the customer service great the food is also tasty.

Womens restroom was DISGUSTING, sticky floor and a messy plunger in the stall, Restaurant is mostly clean but kind of grimy. Bejing beef and sweet and sour chicken were good, General tso was so over cooked it was rubber, fried rice was so greasy you could cook another meal on it. Service was eh, Wouldnt go back, lots of other options locally.

Went in with my wife and kids. Food was good, waiter even helped me with my miserable excuse for Chinese (learned it years ago, and it wasnt up to snuff, but he was still a dude about it." I said "EE-dee-ar cha, ma?" And he stopped me... I said it again without the "ma" at the end, and he said "there you go!"... and I got my tea. I loved it.

I do not know what has changed, but it is not for the better. The last few times we have been there the food was sub-standard. When I spoke with the owner, he couldnt have cared less. I would try Fortune Chinese just up the road across from McClendons. They have wonderful food that is consistant, well priced and the staff is a delight.

Food is consistent, but not very flavorful. Prices are affordable, but you get what you pay for. Very generic Chinese/American styled cuisine, no real flair or flavor to distinguish themselves from the next restaurant in the next plaza

Very enjoyable dining experience at lunchtime. We plan to return regularly. The staff took care to get our orders just right and to serve us promptly. There is a nice variety on the menu and the prices are very reasonable.

This restaurant is simply the best Chinese restaurant in Kent for sure. I dont know what youve been smoking but the owner is great, quick service, kind and courteous, and the best stir fry Ive ever had!

Been going here sense I was in Jr. high School more then 14 years. Love the General Tso Chicken & Wonton Soup. I live in Everett now but want to show my respects. Cant wait till the next time Im near by.

It has good food, but its just like your average teriyaki joint. For the price I could of gotten better food from somewhere else. Over all it was an alright experience. Nothing to gloat about.

We have been going here for years and have built up a relationship with the staff. Love the hot & sour soup and the general Tso chicken... Very lightly breaded and savory taste.

Cold food served during lunch..only thing that was warm enough was the chicken fried rice..rest seemed to have been prepared way before ordered..never going back.
