The workers here are consistently rude beyond belief. I come here a couple of times a month and most likely will not be going back again ever. I went there today with my younger brother and the only reason I come here is when is wants to come here. The workers here would not stop sighing loud enough for the entire resturant to hear and kept pressuring him to choose anything. It is my money yes? Then let my little brother breathe for 20 seconds about what hes going to be eating for his meal. They got impatient when he couldnt decide what entrée he wanted when he was only thinking for about 15 seconds tops. This is when the worker glared at him and starting going "do you want this one? Then what about this one? This one is good get this one." And wouldnt let up. Out of panic my little brother chooses beef broccoli, then out of annoyance the worker gave him 10 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of beef, literally 1 piece of beef, I dumped it out on a plate when arriving home to count and that was what they have him for broccoli. Also, apparently a manager of the company read my review on yelp then decided to send me one of those "sorry we will do what we can, but we arent actually doing anything because we arent reimbursing you or anything, we are just saying that we will" messages.

I had not previously tried any Panda express, but somehow I thought It looked like it was a somewhat appealing and affordable option, but neither the food or the prices are actually any good once you have a closer look. The staff spoke bad English and seemed to be uninterested in their own product. The food tasted bad, no spices or soy sauce was offered to me on the side. Their fountain drink machine did not make bubbles and the food was served in a cardboard container. I will never go back.

I ordered a "family" meal and got enough food for one really hungry dude, or two normal people. I was charged $50 after tip and delivery and could barely feed 3 people. I could have ordered 3 individual meals and received nearly 3 times as much food for almost the same price! "Family" typically means 4 people. When I called, the woman on the phone was polite, but only offered me free sides, WHEN I come in next. That doesnt really help me feed the people I ordered for does it?

Unsanitary! I watch the gentleman wipe the counter, and without shutting his hands shoved his bare hands into the rice maker to stir the pot. Dont get me wrong, he did not use a spatula or a spoon, he just shoved his bare hand in there to stir the rice. I wonder what else goes on here.... when I mentioned it to the manager, she just Shrugged and said thank you, clearly doesnt care

As always, it is people who create experiences and not just business alone. Today we were attended by Michelle a very generous server. This was the first time in all my experiences with Panda Express that I was full and I had to take a big left over to go. Thank you Michelle . Panda Express need more employees like you.

I have nothing against Asians, however, the Asian lady here was extremely rude. My autistic son and I sat down to eat our meal, and at the corner of my eye, I saw the manager smirking and whispering into her co-worker, while pointing at my son. I was significantly offended, and will not return to this place again.

Open later than the mall so definitely helps when you get the munchies. They stay pretty busy and have been known to run out of certain dishes. Plenty of parking but this is the side of the mall that actually still has business so usually packed. Plenty of seating, quick and efficient staff, clean location.

Giant portions are a huge plus at this location. The staff are very kind and you can expect the Panda quality here. My favorites are the bejing beef, broccoli & beef and honey walnut shrimp.

We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Most dishes were phenomenal (Bluefin Tuna, Lobster, Cornish Game Hen, Wagyu, Cheese). Only a mid-course fish dish fell flat.
