I previously worked at a panda express (not this location) so I am aware of the proper portion sizes. My father brought me home a two entree and the amount that is should have been, and that I have received at this store previously and others was about half of what it should have been. Fixable yes? Just give the manager a ring, no big deal. Oh just kidding HUGE DEAL. I have never experienced such poor customer service, and the fact that this was the manager was shocking. She refused to provide any compensation, argued with me for about 10 minutes saying that there is no way that I worked at Panda Express if I didnt believe that her portions were proper. She was very rude, while the whole time I was polite on the phone. I am not one of those a-hole customers that screams when something doesnt go my way. I have to deal with people like that in my job now and I still would absolutely never talk to anyone that way, regardless of their manner. Anyways, I am really disappointed in my experience and I really hope HR reads this and has a talk with the managers at the store because this is unacceptable.

I absolutely agree, quality and definitely quantity suck. They charge more for anything good, they give you a scoop and maybe a half of fried rice or chowmein. Its like theyre really trying to give you as little as possible. I cook at a chinese restaurant and those two items cost nothing to make, so listen up panda Ass-press when people come in and order a 3 entree meal give them enough rice to eat with the entrees.

It saddens me to see the negative reviews here and mostly about the Manager. Ive experienced the rudeness at one point but gave it a second chance and really theyre all just humans. You catch them on a bad day and yeah you get bad customer service but overall i love this location. The Manager is a sweetheart to me, I know she tries and its pretty hard for her managing people who sometimes can get cranky on her too.

I was just here today and the service was terrible, the service was super slow! It took my mom and I 30 minutes to get through the line and there was only 3 people in front of us. It also looked like they were short on staff but the two ladies who were working were taking their sweet time to assist the costumers.

Cheap fast food Chinese chain, its exactly what you would expect. I got their veg fried rice, it was serviceable and filling, nothing special. If you go in expecting cheap takeout you will be satisfied, if you go in expecting Din Tai Fung levels of Chinese food, youll be sorely disappointed.

The only fast food Im willing to eat. This place is inside a grocery store, so it turned out to not be my favorite Panda Express place. Only went to this location because it was close by and I didnt wan to drive far. If youre looking for take-out, then this place is great. Service was fast.

Noodles are really good, love the way they cook veggies, orange chicken is too sour for me!! Pepper chicken is good option!! If you wanna try something crispy then try spring rolls!! I dont eat pork n beef so options are limited for chicken lovers!! Pure veg options are really boaring!!
