I went there with a friend shortly after they moved from their old location near Sees candy to the new location closer to the north side of the mall. The service was terrible. Whoever took our order (I think a manager, not a regular waitress) forgot to bring our food to us. They also let us sit with empty drinks. It was not crowded or busy. Empty tables all around. Waiters often walked by and noticed us, but said nothing. When we finally asked someone about our food (like 30 + minutes later), the manager person who took our order came over and acted like nothing was wrong. Then she brought us cold food that had obviously been sitting a while. The sauces already had a kind of coagulated top film from sitting so long. When we said it was cold and we couldnt eat it, she didnt say a word. She just picked it up and left. I dont know what she planned to do, but I wasnt going to wait around to find out. We walked around the corner and had a great experience at CPK. Red Robin was good at the old location across from Sees Candy, but not so great after the move. Maybe just growing pains, but Ill wait a while before I go back and try again.

Me and my bf went to this restaurant last week for the first time. I would like to say that the food was good, we liked the chips and guacamole and most of all my smores milk shake. The server was very nice.(1000 THUMBS UP FOR HER) So we went for the 2nd time for to-go just to order my Smores milk shake, and the bartender who made my shake was very Inappropriate and rude just because i only ordered milk shake which he said the worst job he do :( For the Bartender i hope you only get warning after you CUSSED in front of me and my bf and some customers heard of what you said. I understand that your job is so frustrating but you still have to respect your customers no matter what. I hope youll get lesson of what happened. If ever you will read this review, i am 100% that you will remember me. God Bless you and your job.

Pros: - Great price for great food. -Plenty of parking -Located in the mall -Family-friendly -Sociable/Speedy Customer Service Cons: -Long wait -They do not have pagers to que guests when table is ready. -Really crowded -Bottomless fries portion is so small!! Overall great chain if you are looking for a burger. I ordered the BBQ Chicken "Burger". The chicken was succulent and moist; the onion rings were crispy so overall I loved the "burger". Its a huge portion so was full for the rest of the night. Great if you are looking to spend less than $15 per meal. Great customer service!

Red Robin has made great improvement over the years. If you havent been here for a long time, I recommend coming back. Their Finest series of burgers is constantly being updated and is some of the best burgers Ive tasted, though a little pricey. Im deducting one star because its really only worth dining here if you have a coupon, which thankfully is easy to get from their email subscription. Also they could benefit from a custom build your own burger menu or more options on the kind of fries type available. This particular location has excellent service.

Man the last time I went to Red Robin must of been at least 8 years ago. I do not remember it being this bad. The service is awesome I had a great! Service left her like a 25% tip lol But the burger, omg nooo It was awful I forced myself to eat 1/2 and basically all the fries. Now the bottomless fry thing is an awesome concept. I ordered the blue ribbon burger and unfortunately it was awful. Well I wanted to try it and I did, but I think Ill pass next time

I went in here for an early dinner on a Sunday evening. The hostess who greeted us was really nice and the time she quoted us was right on point. Our server was a nice guy, but he forgot my sons drink until we asked him about it. He also never gave us utensils and napkins until we had to ask for them after our food came. The food was okay, but Id say the service was a bit lacking on my visit.

I went for Fathers day week and the service was so disappointed. They took forever to get our orders and when we will ask for more fries or drinks our waitress will take forever. It was not even a busy night. There was another party of 4 that got after us and they already had their food and we didnt. Our party was of 4 adults and 2 kids....Come on is not hard to make burgers and fries.

Waited 30 min for service in bar area, waitress comes by says she will send someone to clean table from previous customers, 15 min later still no bus person and no waitress, walked out right after another couple walked out for the same reason, and its only Thursday...poor service

Wait for table was too long. However manager gave us complimentary wings for the long wait.Drinks took a while to arrive, but their food was tasty and satisfying when it finally arrived. Piña colada and root beer floats were amazing!

OK at best, expensive hamburgers. They offer bottomless fries but it is extremely hard to get some and you have to wait a long time for them, by then you other food is gone. This happens every time I go there.

They have great burgers at a great price. Gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the service is just ok. The last few times Ive been here the service has been really slow. Other than that is good

I love this place. Its my favorite place for luch or dinner. They have friendly staff members and serve you well. May be a bit slow, but thats understandable for they get alot of people.

Staff is always extremely friendly and attentive. Burgers are great. And those endless steak fries for the win!! Make sure to ask for the sweet and spicy ketchup for your fries.

I had the southern charm burger but everything on the menu is great. I love the spinach dip and their onion rings tower. Staff is friendly, good atmosphere.

I GOT TAKE OUT FOR THIS PLACE AND MY KIDS GOT BURGERS AS DID I AND THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! The mac and cheese was great as well. Definite recommend
