First time ever here because of coupon and it is near my gym. I ordered the Medium fatburger with onion lettuce and mayo, they do not have that many choices here but they cook to order and you can choose what you want. Fries only come in one size, it would be better if you order a bigger size of fries. Came here At 1:00pm it only had 3 tables seated, and only 1 other person came in after 10 minutes. Where as the Q&Q Hawaiian BBQ next door was very busy. Staff were chatting in the back I had to call for service The way they cook the burgers is 1. Take ground beef and put it on grill, squashing it into a circle 2. Put buns on grill 3. Wait for both to cook 4. Put lettuce,onions and tomatoes on it The burger patty although fresh was not seasoned properly, and although the buns were on the grill they were still soft as though the part of the grill it was on, was not turned on. Mediocre burgers and I am surprised they are still in business, also Tommy burger will be opening up near the freeway

I asked about the XXXL Fatburger because I was really hungry and it looked big. The staff was friendly, and the girl behind the counter and the cooks talked to me in a fun way daring me to get it. They said they would give me a certificate, take a picture of me and put me on their wall of fame if I could finish it: a triple burger with cheese, 24 ounces of beef. That is one and a half pounds of beef. I asked if anyone ever finishes it? The girl pointed at a wall full of pictures and said it happens all the time. I thought, it will have to be really good for me to finish it. I wolfed it down; it was delicious. I am now on the wall of fame holding my certificate! For the price, if you want a good burger, this place cannot be beat. I hope it is as good next time.

I love Fatburger!! Cant recall being at one that I didnt like. This one in particular is cool though because the staff are nice and friendly--not just "doing their job."! Sometimes Fatburger (no matter where) takes a bit of time for the order to come out but I am completely okay with that since theyre cooking it then and the result always turns out delish! Also, their shakes... ohmigoodness! I LOVE them!! Just wish it would come in a smaller size because I have little self-control when it comes to tastiness! Lol!

Id heard about Fatburger and wanted to give it a try. I wasnt really hungry but wanted something light. Ordered the small burger. Once I got my burger, I was terribly disappointed. The bun was too big for the patty and it came with cheap shredded lettuce. The taste was below okay. Coming from Northern California, Id take Five Guys any day over this crap.

Great burger - cooked just right, all the condiments you can imagine...just great. Make my LA visits worthwhile! But....dont slip on trying the Chili Cheese Fries; fat or skinny fries dont matter - the chili is the real deal, East coast/Greek style meat chili with a wonderful flavor!

went last night had terrible service, never called out our order ended up waiting over 15 min, all workers where in the back talking, and also got the order wrong. I like going here, but wont be going for a while because of bad customer service.

Fatburger is still the best. The quality of the meat, the fixings the options are the best. Five Guys is a good alternative, but for a big burger there is nothing better than a Large or XL Fatburger.

Idiots. I get it...theyre young kids working for next to nothing, but when I get better service at McDonalds or Taco Bell, its a sign that the idiots are real. Do yourself a favor and skip this dump.

Wow, these guys and girls do the job!! Just finished a Large FAT BURGER w/Bacon, Egg and Cheese and it was cooked to perfection.. They are very friendly and seem to work great as a team!!

The fresh lemonade is awesome! The burgers are much better than In n Out but are also twice the price and cheese is $1 extra :/ Major complaint is they dont have a drive thru.
